Jungkook shot an unamused glare onto Jimin, for purposely joking about Lisa ghosting him yet again.
You see, today, was Jin's birthday. That meant that the girls were of course — invited! Jungkook was all ecstatic about hopefully seeing Lisa today, and maybe they can talk things through, as well.
However, Lisa was not present, but the rest of the girls were.
Now, they were at a penthouse that they have rented for Jin's birthday celebration. The old man had just turned twenty–seven years old and has received a ton of teases from his hyungs about not getting married.
Who were specifically invited? BTS, of course. Then, supposedly, every member of BLACKPINK. Sejin, Hana, and even Alice was invited — which shocked Chaeyoung thinking why the hell was her big sister at the party.
The golden maknae tried his best to enjoy the rest of the party, though he was very disappointed and had an on–going war between Jimin. He didn't want to piss Jin off by sparking an unwanted attitude on his special day.
Jungkook and Jimin had a few drinks, too. Uh–oh.
Now, they were all seated and were already eating. A few laughs from various jokes can be heard. And then, of course, the time came whereon they gave their messages to Jin, earning a few tears from the celebrant.
Taehyung was sitting in between Jungkook and Jimin, serving as a somewhat barrier between them. Oh, if they were even five inches away from each other, the two would already spark war.
Jungkook, being pissed and disappointed about Lisa's absence, and Jimin being the moody and bitter man he was — recently.
Alice even made a mistake and accidentally called him her future brother–in–law that made Jimin forcefully smile, pretending that the slip–of–the–tongue didn't really matter to him.
“Please, act civil,” Taehyung whispered to the two fuming men as he can feel the tension build up. “It's Jin hyung's birthday, we shouldn't act like animals. Plus, we have guests.”
“Why don't I just sit besides your sweet little Chaeyoung and tell her something about you succumbing in your heartbreak, what do you think of that?” Jungkook threatened Jimin.
Jimin shot him a death glare. “You wouldn't dare.”
“Tell Chaeyoung about how you're dwelling in champagne to ease your pain? Oh, yes I will——” Jungkook cheekily grinned at Jimin, almost seemed like he was mocking the elder.
