Lisa has already drank two cartons of chocolate milk, running on her third. Jimin hasn't been contacting Chaeyoung yet, and she has an idea on why, though.

However, Jimin did mention that he won't be contacting Chaeyoung for at least two days to resolve a certain issue.

The youngest blonde was so sure that Jimin had already told the boys about her conversation with Jungkook. When Jungkook came out of the closet, she did too in hopes of running after him or follow him.

However, when she got out, she could only see Jungkook speed-walking away with Jimin tailing behind him.

Chaeyoung and Jisoo were already outside, probably guarding them, knowing that they were talking there. And of course, they heard their whole conversation along with it.

Lisa wasn't blind nor dumb. She could see Jimin through her peripheral vision last night, glancing at her from time to time as he whispered something to Namjoon.

Now, all she can do is hopelessly gulp down her third carton of chocolate milk as if it was liquor.

She stared at the ring which was placed at the center of the table, and was contemplating on what to do with it.

Sell it? Never. It was priceless to her. Throw it? Nope. Give it away? Hell, no.

“I suggest you wear it,” someone said, interrupting her thoughts.

She turned her head, seeking for whoever it was — and it was Jennie. This brought disbelief to Lisa, so she quickly looked away and nonchalantly returned to gulping her third carton of chocolate milk.

Jennie sighed, making her way to sit on the chair across Lisa. Lisa didn't dare to spare her even a single glance.

The elder gave a faint smile. “I know you're crossed with me because you're the only one who didn't have a clue about me and Tae splitting up——”

“And making me a fool,” the younger added.

“——yes, and that.” Jennie bit her bottom lip before continuing. “Lisa, I really am sorry. I may not have a proper explanation on why I hid that from all of you, but one thing I'm sure of — I love you girls, and I am sincerely apologising for it.”

It took a moment before Lisa could reply, and as seconds passed by, Jennie became even more anxious.

“Noticed that there's five cartons left of my chocolate milk in the fridge. Did any of you drink it while I was in Thailand?” Lisa asked.
