On the way home, Kimmy rested on me. I feel so bad for her. Her own moma just put her out for no reason. Now she out here on her own.

"I love you so much. I need you to remember that at all times," I said whispering in her ear.

She lifted her head and kissed me. This was a passionate as fuck kiss

It was stopped by the breaks being hit hard.

"I know yall fucking lying. I aint yall friend. Not finna be kissing in my face."
"My bad auntie"
"Sorry."
"Mh. We gon have to discuss boundaries. Im cool with yall being a couple but i dont want to see some KIDS i damn near raised in my face kissing or any of dat.I dont give a fuck if its a boy or girl. I dont play that shit. I oughta beat yall lil hoes anyway."

I chuckled on mistake.

"Nola bitch you only 17. Dont think I wont reach back there and punch the fuck outta you."
"My bad."
"Yeah yo bad."

I snuck Kimmy another kiss while Auntie was turning.

"You gon get us fucked up nola."
"I wish she would go out so I can fuck the shit out of you."

I felt a slap go across my face.

"Keep playing with me Noliana Watkins."

OUE. I WAS PISSED. I KNOW THIS WOMAN DID NOT JUST SMACK ME.

"What the fuck was that fo!?"

"Nola watch how you fucking talk to me!"

"She was just playing Auntie."
"No the fuck she wasnt. Every since you been home Nola you been testing my patience. Steady skipping school, talking back.You and yo fucking attitude You wont be satisfied until i put yo ass out on the streets."

KIMMY POV

When we pulled up home,Nola jumped out slamming the car door hard.

"DONT SLAM MY FUCKING DOOR!"

I had no clue what just happened. Everything escalated so quickly.

I walked in after Auntie, she slammed her keys on the counter hard.

I walked to Nola's room. Her door was locked.

"Open the door nola"

I heard shuffling then the door opened.

"Hey," she said lowly jumping back into her bed.
"Thats it? just a lil hey?"

She rolled her eyes at me and turned over.

"Come here."

She rolled over and crawled to me.

"Im not the one who pissed you off so dont do me."

I pulled her by her waist closer to me.

"Yuso fine when you mad."
"Kimmy."
"Alright. Alright. Look, We all had an emotional day today so dont. I guess don't really trip about what happened in the car. I know we both can understand where she was coming from when she did what she did. A lot has changed for all of us and We are all dealing with it differently.
You know, you have been meaner since the incident and i dont blame you. Something horrible happened to you and this is your way of coping. Just dont take it out on Auntie. Having to manage teenage girls is hard.  Shit, she got two. You get what im saying?"
"Yeah."
"Gimmie kiss"
She gave me a smirk before kissing me.
"Now. Let me go to my destination before she come in here and jump me."
"Okay I love you. Goodnight."
"I love you too. Goodnight Baby."

When I walked out,Auntie was leaning on the wall.

"Thank you. If anybody could talk some sense into her its you."
"Yeah."
"Hey, you did good today. I know its been hard for you lately. Just know im proud of the woman you have grown to be "
"Thank you Auntie. I really appreciate it."
"No problem. You damn near my daughter. Patricia didn't deserve you."

I ran and hugged Auntie. God I loved this woman. She was the mother I always wanted.

"Goodnight Kimmy."
"Goodnight Auntie."

When I walked into my room, the radio was still playing.

I just wanna hold you all night long
Whenever im around you, nothing's wrong

As soon as I was about to go to sleep, I heard the door open. It was Nola.

"I cant sleep alone," She said getting in the bed behind me.
"Cool."

She punched my shoulder.
"Shut up."
We cuddled and fell alseep.

NOLA POV
I woke to the sound of a Church music and pots hitting each other.

I groaned and rolled over to an empty bed.
"Kimmy?"
"Im in the bathroom!"
When I walked in, she was brushing her short hair.

"Yous the baddest bitch with waves"
"Good Morning baby"
"Goooddd Moorrrnniingggg."

I kissed her cheek, "How long you been up kimberly ?"
"Since Auntie been up. Early as fuck O-clock."

I laughed.
"I got used to her noise in the morning. You should've too."
"Yeah Oh well."
"Who you getting cute for?"
"If you must know. My mans"
"uhn. Forreal?"
"Yep."
She had on a 2Pac crop top and some ripped jeans.
"You look good," I said biting my lip.
"Thank you. Ill be back in a lil bit, okay?"
"Yeah," i said low.
Before she closed the door,
"You are my mans by the way. I get cute for you everyday."

I smiled before realizing she forgot my goodbye kiss.

I ran to the car before she pulled off

"Did I forget something?"
"Yeah, my kiss goodbye."
She  leaned out to kiss me. We kiss for a while until Auntie yelled.
"HEYYY"
we broke the kiss and laughed.
"Bye sweetie"
"Bye."
