~*~"Moooom! Is it really necessary for me to dress this fancy? I feel like this is a little too much." Sarada groans as
(Y/N) had to brush and style her daughters hair for the third time."Yes Sarada, this is necessary for you to look beautiful. This is a special award ceremony for the animators, editors, writers, and producers that were part of the project."
She groans again, "Did you already decide what type of hairstyle you wanted for me?"
"Hm, I'm trying but I think I already know which one fits perfectly," Smiling in glee, "What you'd think?"
Turning Sarada around by facing in front of her mothers mirror, she slowly and silently examined before she chooses her own decision.
Sarada's black silky hair was very smooth and soft from the number of times it's been brush. Her side bangs were kept on the front from the left side, while the rest of her back hair was tightly held up as a bun. Having a little pin clipped on to keep it still but the pin wasn't any normal pin, it was a single pink cherry blossom.
Her lips curled up as Sarada turns back facing to her mother, "I really like it mom. But where'd you get this pin? I've never seen this before.""Ah, well you see, as a kid, it was a gift. It may look like a normal pin but it isn't. It's made of gold. That little cherry blossom that's sticking out is actually made of diamonds. The rare kind as in it's really expensive."
"Eh?! Momma?! Gold and diamond?!"
"Hey! Keep it down, no one must not know about it," She whispered but yelled back at the same time, "I kept it hidden as long as I can remember. I used to use it for special occasions but now, I'm going to pass it to you for you to keep."
"For me? But mom you said it was a gift so it must've been so precious for you." Glancing back to the mirror with a worried look.
"It is, but it also means you'll be part of it since your precious to me."
Her charcoal eyes glimmered from the reflection of the mirror admiring the cherry blossom pin but at the same time glancing over to her mother.
It made Sarada felt really special, something she knew her heart was telling her. But way deep down, deep down it had to mean something. It meant something special. She couldn't quite put it into words but it was a blessing.
She hums out a 'yes' as she faces back towards her mother, "Thank you mom. I'll make sure to keep it very precious to me."
"Anything for my little princess," She moved aside for Sarada to get up as she fixes her dress again. From the looks of it, both were very elegant and fancy. Something to awe the audience just in case (Y/N) gets called up as Sarada stood besides her.
The dress (Y/N) was indeed red but it wasn't too dark nor too bright. It was a charming burgundy tulle dress, a high-low spaghetti straps, with a
v-neck sleeveless gown.As for Sarada, she worn a red
scoop neck style from the top, as the bottom of the dress had a curvy like ruffles from the edges, being a floor-length chiffon red dress.
