We are sorry Twinkle we failed to protect twinkle of your eyes.

You were just start walking and we cut your legs.

You were just start talking, your voice were like nightingale which was stopped by us.

Your hands can create a world but cut off in between.

If you are Indian you already know what I am referring about.

This post is dedicatd to three years old who was alleged to be raped and murdered brutally. Post martem report says there is no rape happened.Police is investigating the case further. Her story is horrifying. The images are disturbing and heart wrenching.

If rape doesn't happened still its extreme cruelty. She was strangled to death for no fault of hers.

Where we came to?

Last year six year old Asifa was raped and killed.

This year three year old Twinkle is gone.

What the world we created. On one hand we are thrives to become next superpower. We took pride in calling ourselves world's fastest growing economy and on the other hand our children are struggling for life.

We may lit a candle today, protest in streets but this time too they will escape.

Aasifa's murderers roaming freely now Twinkle's murderer too will come out on parol.

Instead of punishing rapists we indulge in Hindu Muslim in Aasifa's case.This time too people will play communal cards.

Is it necessary to know religion of victim and rapist.

Can't we be human first and fight for justice to this innocent kids.

Do you still think capital punishment is against humanity?

Do you think seven years jail term is enough for such a heinous crime.

Do they deserve a defence lawyer?

Madhya pradesh bar council agreed to not defend accused of child rape after Mandsaur rape case.

Why lawyers of whole India is not doing this?

I was talking with an aunty in metro and she said conservative India was much safer for kids. There was one or two cases of this kind in a decade.

Are we really liberal or we became worse than conservative orthodox people.

She said earlier neighbours are first relatives and fully trusted with kids.

Can we trust our neighbours with our kids?

In her era elderly people of society used to sat in varandah or porch of house and kids played freely. They banned entry of suspicion strangers in vicinity of society.

Do we have such system?

She was the first one in her family to attend college and didn't face eve teasing like today. Eve teasing is less and mellow in nature.
A class full of males hadn't bothered her or bullied her.

She said in today's era everyone is object. No one see other gender as brothers and sisters.

Do we this much of hungry of sex that we start exploiting kids and elderly.

90s India has its own share of problems but atleast they saved their kids. I don't know which system is best but one thing is clear we are failing our younger generation.

Child rapes, kidnapping, murder, depression anxiety and suicide due to peer pressure is all time high.

Its not just a legal failure but societal failure too.
