"Is everybody here?" Zahir shouted out making everyone quiet down.
"We don't know nigga, do it look like we take attendance for a living?" Auntie Robz asked and I chuckled, Za threw me a glare like I had betrayed him and I stopped laughing.
"Alright when I call your name say here!" Za shouted. "Starting with the kids, Mercy!" He said
"Mmm me!" She shouted standing up in her stroller. I smiled and everyone cooed in awe.
"Zade, Riley, amd Bella." He said in.one sentence cause saying one of their names is more like calling all three of them.
"Here." They all replied in unison, not even looking up from their phones.
"Alright, Ma!" He shouted looking around, there was no sign of his parents actually.
"They ass was just right here talking nasty to each other." Auntie Robyn said looking around.
"We will come back to them then, Auntie Trin?" Za says
"Here." She replied, she was sitting on mama Lani's lap l, her face nuzzled in her neck half sleep.
"Auntie Lani."
"Here." she replied.
"Auntie Robyn we know yo ass here." He mumbled under his breath making me laugh. "Auntie onika!"
"Here!" She replied happily, she was a sucker for things like this.
"Uncle August?" Za says
"Right chea'." He replied wrapping his arms around auntie Robyn's neck from behind, she leaned back into him smiling.
"Uncle Trey?"
"Now you know I'm here." He says like he's important.
"Auntie Lytrell?" Za says looking around.
"I'm tired boy come on with this attendance like we in class." She replied snapping her fingers making auntie Robyn laugh.
"Auntie Letoya?"
"Here!" She shouted from the back.
"Uncle Mijo?"
"Wassup." He says looking up from his phone
"Auntie Solange?"
"I am present." She replied
"Oh we knew.." auntie Robyn said making Kehlani laugh.
"Don't y'all start." Auntie onika said squinting her eyes at them.
"Don't start nun won't be nun." Auntie Robyn replied throwing her hands up.
"We here!" Auntie bey said from Uncle Chris's arms.
