"Devyn, why are we at the beach?" Daniel questioned.

"Maybe because you were complaining about where to go and she was the only one who could come up with a suggestion?" Jack told him in a 'duh' tone.

Daniel rolled his eyes and looked at the blonde girl. "You come here often?"

"Mmhmm." She hummed.

The six of them sat in silence, watching the sun set and listening to the waves.

"I'm bored." Zach complained after a minute.

"Go home." Devyn looked at him.

"I can't! You drove us here." He groaned.

"Walk." She told him.

"We're two miles away!" He yelled.

"Then shut the fuck up." She rolled her eyes and the others laughed.

"Can i go home now?" Devyn asked Corbyn when they got into the house.

"No." He said quickly.

"So what are we gonna do?" She asked.

"Sleepover." Daniel suggested.

"No." Devyn said.

"Please!" All five of them begged.

"No!" She said more sternly.

"We'll do anything!" Corbyn pleaded, going on one knee. "And by we I mean he." He then pointed at Daniel.

"Fine." She sighed and they all broke out into grins. "Someone's buying me a pizza though."

"Marais, if you even thinking about taking some of my pizza I swear to god I will let my Rottweiler chew your hand off." Devyn spoke, watching Jonah's hand sneak to the pizza box on her lap.

Jonah's hand paused in air and withdrew his hand within seconds.

"Do you really have a Rottweiler?" Zach asked.

"Yeah, his name is Sparky." Devyn said.

"Cool." Jack grinned.

"Why am I here?" Devyn questioned.

"Because I kidnapped you." Corbyn told her.

"Well yeah." She rolled her eyes. "But why did you? Like, seriously?"

"You looked lonely." Corbyn shrugged.

"I looked lonely standing at my locker?" She questioned and he nodded.

"There was no one there with you so I thought-"

"So you thought you could use me as your charity case?" She shouted, getting up and collecting her things.

"Dev, i'm sure it wasn't like that." Daniel spoke up.

"Yeah, we actually like having you around." Jack smiled, trying to lighten up the mood.

The blonde girl made her way to the front door. "No! Fuck you! Fuck all of you!"
