Katsuki couldn't believe it himself. He knew the 'Quirkless' boy was full of surprises, but he never expected to feel so guilty over a missing body. Izuku's body. Despite the infiltration that happened just a few days ago, Izuku's body was never found. In his place was a pile of ashes; they discovered that Tomura Shigaraki, the supposed ring leader of the League of Villains, had a quirk that could disintegrate things at his touch. Katsuki refused to believe that the pile of ashes was Izuku. He believed Izuku was somewhere alive and safe. Hopefully.

Inko was close to giving up on life. The news of her son's death impacted her more than anything in her life; it affected her more than her husband's disappearance. Losing the last of her family hit her right on the head. She lost her will to live. Mitsuku migrated to Inko's home for a bit, comforting the green haired woman whilst she mourned.

It's what friends would do.

After seeing this act of kindness, Katsuki felt an overwhelming feeling emerge in his chest.

Friends?

He should've taken care of Izuku more. It was all his fault.
