Chapter 33

Y/n's P.O.V

As soon as I left Mrs. Kim's house her umbrella broke. I didn't want to knock again to borrow another one because I just freakin broke her umbrella.

With that, I have to run to get to the bus stop to get home. Right now, I don't want to tell Taehyung I know that he's Mr. Anime dude. Seeing him wealthy and all happy is what I only wanted.

Who knew, If I had to introduce myself as Ms. Parking lot, Taehyung would remember such bad memories and I want everything to stay like this

“Today's supposedly your date with Daniel” Hwenji sat on my bed “As far as I know that's not a date. It's a meeting because he's going to tell me something?” I raised my eyebrow

“Yeah but I think he'll tell you the next days. How are you feeling? You didn't even let me know you're sick!” She placed the back of her palms on my forehead and neck

“I have no energy to lift heavy objects.”

“A phone is heavy? I mean I could use my phone as a Frisbee disk!” She giggled. I also had that thought before when I was in high school, A very good idea that I actually did.

That didn't turn out good.. Let me tell you that..

I shake my head and smiled “But don't worry, I'am feeling alright now.”

“Soup is here~” Taehyung entered the room with a bowl of hot soup, He placed them on my table “Thank you” I smiled and sat up

“Where's Daniel?” I look over Taehyung's shoulder, Hoping Daniel will appear “He left”

“Did he told you the reason?” Hwenji asked “No”

“Eat up” Taehyung sat infront of me “Or you want me to--”

“I can do it my own” I lift the bowl and drank half of it when I almost spill it “Darn it! I forgot it's still hot!”

“Water? Water!” Taehyung said to Hwenji

Hwenji run downstairs and came back so fast with the water almost spilling on my bed. I drank it and thank her

“So stupid” I heard Taehyung giggled

“Uhm.. As much as I'd like to stay.. My father just texted me. He wants me to go back home right now” Hwenji looked a bit off.

I nodded “Please close the door after you get out” She nods and left the house

I faced Taehyung again, He was looking down on my soup “Is something wrong?”

He looked at me. I can't believe this.. All this time I've been with my childhood friend. I didn't even know he's the one I've been looking for.

But now, We're here. Looking at each others eyes.. It felt so unreal. Now this is a dream that happened in real life

“So many things been happening right now” He looked away and scratched his arms “I'm all ears”

He shook his head “You won't understand”

I laughed “Dude! I've already seen you at your worst and at your best, What do you mean I won't understand?”

I placed the table down on the floor and holds Taehyung's hands “I think it's time for you to open up to someone. Trust me, You will feel so free”

He sighed “There's things you didn't know about me that I can't just let anyone know.” Just by looking at his eyes I could tell he wants to tell me everything.. But somethings or someone's holding him back.

I nodded “I can wait” his head shot up “What?”

“Look Taehyung, You might think I won't understand those things you were holding back and just judge you but I promise to listen. No judging”

“I know that.. Y/n?”

I respond with a hum “T-Thank you..” He avoided eye contact

Aww.. The baby is learning a new word. This is going great.

“Hey, Thank you is a big word. You gotta be sincere--”

“I'am sincere!” He pouted “No shouting please, That shows you're not thankf--”

He cut me off by slamming his soft lips into mine.

My mind isn't processing!

My eyes shot open but when I'am starting to feel comfortable with the kiss, My eyes closed and my lips moved by its own.

I kissed back.

I just freaking kissed back..

Taehyung broke the kiss and together we gasp for air “That's my Thank you. I hope you felt the sincerity” He giggled

“Oh my gosh” I covered my mouth “I-I just.. We just kissed?! I-Is that true? Your lips into mine?”

He leaned in “Do you want another one?” He smirked

“Oh please no, My mind might shut down this time.. I can't even process what just happened.. Taehyung!” I grab his jacket and starts shaking him

“Is that true?” I asked again and stopped shaking him. He giggled and kissed my forehead “Let's sleep”

When he was about to pin me down on the bed again, I was quick to move and fell on the floor “What the heck are you thinking?” He peek from the bed

“I don't want to sleep.”

“I want” He stood up and drag me to the bed, He placed his heavy arms on my waist and sleep

Who knew, The guy I had a crush on since childhood would kiss me like that and now, sleeping beside him

“Sleep or I'll make you sleep” Taehyung whispered on my ear which caused me to shiver “I-I'll sleep” I forced my eyes to close.

This is heaven.

I opened my right eye and peak over to Taehyung, I can't believe I'am saying this..

But I'am 100% sure I just fell in love with this jerk or I have already fell in love, I'am just denying it from the start.

Whatever, What's important now is that he's alive. My instincts are correct
