I was sleeping peacefully on my bed but suddenly my phone kept buzzing. I just ignored it maybe it will stop, But it didn't. So I checked who it was. Jade. Of course! I checked the time on my phone, It was just 8:00 in the morning!
I answered it.
"Hello?" I said with a yawn
"Tori it's Jade, We need to go shopping for your dress!"
"Ugh. Now? But it's only 8:00 in the morning!" I whined
"Come on! You have to! It's later this evening! Do you know how hard it is to pick a dress? It's gonna take us half the day just to pick one. So-"
I cut her off "Fineeee" I said annoyingly
I really don't like shopping with Jade 'cause she takes forever to pick whatever she was going to buy! Sometimes she ends up buying half of the store. Anyway... I haven't explored the town of Mystic Falls yet. Many has changed. Like, It used to have big fields where I could pick flowers and lay down the soft grass, but now it has more houses and small shops.
After getting ready for about an hour and a half, I took a last look of myself before I heard Jade's car horn. I run down stairs and hopped in the car. We were going outside Mystic Falls to go to a bigger mall.
We arrived there and Jade started dragging me in one of the shops.
I started fitting, she already has her dress about a week ago. She likes to plan ahead.
"This?" I asked
"Umm...No"
84 dresses later....
"THAT!" she screamed at me
"Are you sure?" I asked
"YES! You look so pretty!"
''Okay. I'll just go and pay for it"
Yes. I pay most of the time. I don't compel them to give me it for free.
Well....She was right it took us almost all day to find a dress. When Jade dropped me off my house, I rushed into bed and had a nice nap. When I woke up, I checked the time, it was 5:26 pm. OMG I HAD A TEXT FROM JADE SAYING SHE'LL BE HERE AT 7:30.
I rushed in the bathroom and brushed my teeth and combed my hair. After 20 minutes of that, I put on natural make up. And then it hit me. I DON'T HAVE A DATE! I called Jade:
"JADE! I need your help!" I panic
"What? What happened?" She asked with a worried tone
"I don't have a date!"
"Oh, don't worry I sent Damon instead to pick you up"
Damon? We haven't seen each other so much. I was too busy settling in my new house.
So I think it would be nice to see him.
"Ohhh. Really? Ok then. Thank you!"
"Well... I don't want my best friend to end up date less!" She laughed
"Haha. Sure ok. Bye..." I said sarcastically then ended the call
I put on a light pink strapless dress with raffles in the bottom, A gold bracelet with diamonds on the center. For shoes I wore black Stilettos with a ribbon on the back of it. I curled my hair. I took a last look of myself.
Minutes later Damon arrived.
"Woah." He looked shocked
"What?" I asked curiously
"Nothing. you just look beautiful"
"Thank you. You don't look bad yourself" I said. He smiled leading me to the car. He offered his hand and I took it, As he started driving I asked:
"Where is this fancy ball Jade has been talking about?"
"Oh no. There it is..."
"There is what?"
"Your questions, Jade told me not to tell you anything" He smirked at me
"Ok. Then. Who's the boy?"
"Vic please."
"Oh come on! This is so unfair! Tell me!" I frowned
He just sat there quietly
"Fine. Don't tell me" I tried reverse psychology to see if he would tell me but he didn't.
"Good. Quiet now" He chuckled
We've been driving for 5 minutes until we went out of the town of Mystic Falls
"Are we there yet?" I asked irritatingly
"Almost" He looked annoyed. I can't blame him, I am extremely impatient when it comes to surprises.
"Here we are" He said. As we stopped in front of a HUGE mansion
"Wow." That's all that I could say. Although this house looks familiar. Never mind. I am sure I haven't been here before.
As we walked to the doorstep, The big doors opened. Eyes were fixed on us. Then I saw Jade.
"Tori! I'm so glad you can make it!" She excitedly
"Yes. Thanks for sending Damon to pick me up" I said with a smile
"No prolem. Come on you have to meet him!" She started dragging me up the huge staircase.
When we reached to the room, She opened the door and
I. WAS.IN.COMPLETE.SHOCK
They were all there.
