yohan is panicking. he just requested x1's driver to drive him to arin's house despite being in the middle of filming for their music video. but he didnt care. it's not his turn to film and he's done filming anyway, he reasoned. so he was on his way to his home. and by home that meant arin.

anxious, he was fiddling with his phone. and then he caught sight of his messages. arin have unopened messages earlier at 9 am. shoot, why didnt i saw this earlier? i was filming that time.

he opened the messages.

yohan called for his parents as soon as he arrived in arin's home. he made his mom change arin's clothes and all that, while he and his father cooked soup in the kitchen.

it was three o'clock when they're finally alone together.

yohan have received 45 missed calls from his manager then, asking where he is, but he just replied that there was an emergency in home.

and it's true.

his home had an emergency.

arin is lying in her bed, yohan is sitting in the floor, beside her. he's just looking at her sleeping face. she looked so peaceful but pale, but to his eyes, he's still beautiful.

he missed her so much.

"y-yoh?" her eyes opened a bit. her vision's still blurry, but she can recognize the warmth of yohan's hands in her hands. it's her favorite warmth.

"yeah." he breathed, looking worriedly at her. "are you okay? does it hurt anywhere?"

but instead of answering his questions, she smiled weakly.

"i missed you. im glad you're here with me right now."

yohan wanted to hug her tight that moment, but he's afraid he might hurt her so he just settled for a kiss in her temple.

it felt so real.

that's the words running in arin's mind that time. she thought that she's just halucinating or something, she mustve missed him so much thay her mind is playing with her, she isnt aware that it's the real yohan is beside her right now.

she caressed his cheek. not knowing it was the real deal, she said, "stay."

she wouldnt tell those words to the real yohan. she wants nothing but the best for him, she didnt want to be a distraction to him, she didnt want to be the one pulling him back, and she wants him to soar high, even if that means he's gonna be away from him.

but yohan heard it.

"i'll stay, i promise. dont worry."

but yohan broke that promise.

arin woke up without him beside her.
