Taehyung was startled by the hug, his heart thumping in his chest and a red blush over his face.

He slowly took his sweaterpaw hands towards jungkook's back and hugged him causing jungkook to feel uncanny feeling in his heart.

They stayed like that for a second or two before jungkook backed away and cleared his throat, the blush over his face clear.

"Why did you run away? You could have got lost in the woods and what if an animal would have harmed you?" Jungkook chided

"I went out to cry" taehyung said in a pouty tone

"So you couldn't cry in the house?" Jungkook doesn't even know what the hell he's speaking

"You were there in the house, how could I?" Taehyung said, looking down at his fingers and fidgeting with his fingers.

"Am I a beast that you can't cry in front of me?" Jungkook scoffed

"But you're a criminal, it's close to being a beast" taehyung retorted and why did jungkook feel hurt because of it?

"So you still don't trust me? I won't kill you Tae, i am not that criminal who wants to kill people for money, yes i do steal money but that doesn't mean I don't have a heart" jungkook fake sobbed and it caused taehyung to snap his head up.

Jungkook was acting as if he was crying but he was laughing from inside seeing the puppy face of taehyung

"I didn't mean to say it like thaaat~" taehyung sang

"Okay sorry, but you were rude to me too" taehyung frowned as he pouted and it caused jungkook's heart to thump

"It's because you kept bugging me every five seconds. I didn't mean anything I said back then, i was just angry and—" he looked at taehyung who was still not satisfied by what he was saying

"Aish—fine, I am sorry too" he said in a monotonous way and rolled his eyes but soon bit his smile as he saw taehyung smile his boxy smile, totally happy and satisfied

"Just because you said sorry, I'll forgive you" taehyung beamed up.

"Whatever" jungkook cleared his throat to hide his blush and was about to go inside the kitchen to drink water when he felt a small tug at the sleeve of his leather jacket

He looked back to see taehyung staring at him with worried puppy eyes.

And he internally cooed at him.

"Your cheek is wounded" taehyung pointed out and that's when jungkook realized that he still was injured and the blood was flowing out of the cut

"Oh yeah, it happened when I was looking for you" jungkook said and taehyung gasped

"It all happened because of me?! Oh my in so sorry, it must be hurting right?" Taehyung asked in a worried too

"Not at all, I have had injuries far worse than this" jungkook chuckled and taehyung gasped again

"Really?! I wish I could have been there to treat them" taehyung pouted and a red flushed over jungkook's cheeks, his heart combusting

He cleared his throat and ruffled Taehyung's hair who bit his smile

"That's fine" he said

"Oh wait! I always keep the emergency band aid in the pocket of my dress!" He said before running towards the bedroom and rummaged for his dress while jungkook stood their with a confused expression.

He saw taehyung coming towards him with a smile over his face.

He widened his eyes when taehyung had pulled him by his nape towards him, a red spreading over his face when he saw how close they were.

Why didn't he feel like this when taehyung jerked him?

He felt taehyung dabbing a cotton over his wound before throwing it and placing the band-aid over the other's cut.

"There! Done!" Taehyung smiled, leaving the other's nape and stepping away.

Jungkook touched the band-aid and blushed

"Thanks" he mumbled out.

"Now get back to work" he said monotonously and taehyung chuckled

"Aaand the cocky jeon is back" he chuckled and went inside the kitchen leaving a blushing and smiling jungkook.

"And hey, if you need anything, ask me" jungkook said as he rubbed his nape causing taehyung to blush but mumble out a sure.

He sighed

"Just a week more and I'd be long gone to my family" taehyung said and started doing the dishes.

But why doesn't he wanna leave jungkook?
