I'm almost positive that I went to sleep with a boyfriend besides me.

Positive.

Almost.

Unless it was my imagination.

No I'm positive.

I felt the space next to me on my bed. It was cold and the imprint of Toothless wasn't there.

I looked up to his bed and he wasn't there either. I frowned.

Hiccup got up as well and blinked his eyes.

"Toothless?" He asked groggily then he looked to my bed. I shrugged.

We quickly got up and proceeded to search the house.

"Toothless?" I yelled but no answer came.

Hiccup opened the door and went outside and stopped.

"What?" I heard him whisper as he stared at something.

I rushed outside to only look up in surprise. "Dad?!"

Dad was riding toothless, crashing and hitting into houses. I winced.

"Toothless!" I exclaimed and they both landed.

"Uh dad, What are you doing?" Hiccup asked as dad got off the saddle.

I ran to Toothless who looked absolutely exhausted.

"Are you ok?" I whispered

His eyes met mine. "I'm so tired" he whispered back.

I looked to dad as he exclaimed excitedly. "Oh we've been all over the island! Chiefing has never been so easy."

"But dad, Toothless is our dragon" Hiccup said

"And my boyfriend" I butt in.

"And you've picked a good one" he said ignoring us and walked up to the house. I deflated. "Just came in to get my hatchet. I'm helping Jorgenson take down a fence"

"But dad, Toothless is-" but dad didn't listen.

"You're right children. I don't need my hatchet, Toothless could just burn the fence down." Dad laughed as he climbed back onto the saddle. "Up dragon"

"Don't worry bud, I can fix this" Hiccup said and I stepped back.

Toothless gave me a look of help while grumbling before he flew off. I watched them sadly before turning to my brother.

"This backfired terribly" Hiccup said.

All day went by and I worried. Like what if Dad flies them I to a cliff?

I hadn't really done anything else. Hiccup gave me breakfast and then we went to the academy. Not much was done.

We then walked to the Great hall. I was biting my fingers as I haven't seen any sign of my father and boyfriend since lunch when they flew over us.

Sassa had to pull my hand away from my mouth while Astrid and Hiccup talked.

I saw the two fly to us and toothless landed. As soon as dad was off, I ran to toothless who hadn't moved from the position he was in.

"Bud, are you ok? Oh no. Have you eaten? Do you need sleep? You look like you need sleep. We're going home!" I exclaimed. A tired smile came on his face.

'That sounds nice'

I nodded. "Can you make one more flight?"

He nodded and slowly got up stretching his wings and wincing.
