Dear me,
Take a deep breath, it's okay to be stressed and anxious. It's just a stormy day blowing through the seas of life. Things may or may not have happened but it's okay. You can do this, you can get through this. It's not okay to stress when there's nothing to stress about. It's okay say "I'm not okay" or "I need help" it's okay. You don't have to worry and stress over the little things that won't matter tomorrow. You can do this, it's just a rough patch. You got this! Don't apologize for something you didn't do wrong. You aren't weak, you are strong. Never forget that.
