Right after everyone thought Oliver died, she found out she was pregnant. She had a daughter, Hannah Queen. Oliver has no idea that she was even pregnant. Hannah is 4 years old when Oliver returns.
Tommy loves spoiling his niece and on the rare chance he got to babysit, he would let her go night swimming and then fall asleep on the couch while watching a movie with him. Malcolm does watch her sometimes and does enjoy her company every now and then. Thea loves to dress her up and play with her. Moira loves to have her around. Laurel knows and still loves Hannah.
She owns and runs a popular fashion company. She has her own penthouse in the city.
