In her perspective…

It's new year's eve and we're heading to the Ravena's because we will welcome 2020 together daw, or as I quote "we should welcome the new year sa Ravena's anak para masaya ulit like Christmas. What do you think?…"

…and as if I have a say on that, siyempre they planned the whole thing and I obliged na lang. I'm not really in the mood to go kasi in reality, I haven't spoken to Thirdy until now. I don't know why but I just felt na baka maging awkward lang din ako with everything so I remained silent the whole night ng Christmas, they left and that's it. But he did leave a gift for me under our Christmas tree. It's a table clock na guitar-shaped. It's so cute and I'm planning to put it on my bedside table sa condo

"Anak baba na. Pakidala na lang yung gifts natin for them…"

"Yes Mom…"

I carried the gifts, which is basically for everyone, including their pets. Tatlo lang kami now kasi we let our helpers go home sa families nila, which is great naman so they can rest and celebrate also

Pagpasok ko pa lang sa gate, nakaabang na kaagad si Manong sa amin

"Hi Bea! Dani is waiting for you sa sala..."

Pumasok na ako sa living room nila and nadatnan ko si Dani habang nagpeplay with their dogs

"Ate Bei omg you're here na!"

I just nodded and wave tapos siya naman nagpagpag ng damit bago siya pumunta sa'kin at nagbeso…

"I'm so glad you're here ate…"

"Me too Danyot!" then I pinched her cheeks

"It's 9 na pala ate. Let's go eat na ng dinner tas we'll grill some bbqs and hotdogs after yey!"

"Ibaba ko lang 'tong gifts Danyot. Where can I put this ba?"

"Dyan na lang sa table ate. Manong will take care of it na lang…"

Sinunod ko na lang siya and put it there. I followed her sa dining room nila and I saw na andun na pala silang lahat

"Tara kain na tayo! Sorry we have to do things around there. Pinauwi ko muna kasi sila Yaya Nors sa mga family nila…" sabi ni Mommy Mozzy after nila ilapag ni Thirdy yung food sa table

"Nako mare okay lang yun 'no. We did the same sa helpers namin. Sabihan niyo lang kami kung anong pwedeng gawin around here then we'll help…"

Umagree naman lahat so we prayed and proceeded to eat dinner na. There's a separate handa for the Media Noche so ulam and rice kami now.

"Bea anak, pwede mo bang samahan si Thirdy mamaya sa pag-grill? I need Dani's help kasi sa setup ng tables for later kaya walang kasama si kuya…"

I inhaled and looked at Thirdy, na nakangiti lang habang kumakain ng food niya

"Sure Mom I'm okay with that po…" I said and I proceeded sa pagkain ko. I guess nothing odd is gonna happen naman. Just act normal Bei

Our dinner went well naman and now I'm standing na here sa grillers but I don't know what to do. I'm still waiting kay Thirdy kasi he got charcoal yata. Good thing pala I brought extra clothes kasi mag aamoy usok ako after this, and also baka dito raw kami matulog if super late na. Great

"Hi. Sorry natagalan ako…"

"It's okay. San ka ba galing? Parang hinihingal ka pa?"
