I watch as Alex smiles reading the comment I've just posted but I can't help but feel nervous at her reaction for my last sentence.
Neither of us have said it to the other, both of us probably too scared of rejection from previous experiences but I'm not scared anymore, I love her and I want her to know that.
I see Alex's face drop and I suck my breath in.
"y-you love me" She says, turning to face me with tears in her eyes.
"I do Lex, I love you so much and I was scared to tell you before because I thought you'd leave me but then I realised, why should I hide my feeling from you. If you don't feel the same way I under-" I say but I'm cut off by Alex grabbing my face and smashing her lips onto mine
"I love you too," She says when we finally break for air
"Really," I ask a loopy smile on my face
"yes, really, I've known for a while now but apart of me was still scared from what happened with Servando but I know you're nothing like him," Alex says as I pull her in for a hug.
"I'm glad, I'd never do anything to hurt you, I love you too much for that, plus you've got some friends who might murder me," I say making her chuckle
"Why don't we go celebrate," Alex says smirking
"and what do you have planned love," I asks
"well" she starts to say grabbing my hand and lurking me out if the lounge
"It involves you and me in the bedroom" She whispers in my ear.
"lets get going then," I say picking her up bridal style and carrying her to my room.
