alexmorgan13: I never like to see these post on my timeline and I certainly didn't think I would have to make one but here I am
Toni has had to be rushed to the hospital after being hit by a snow vehicle that was going down the mountain too fast after she pushed a little girl out the way
She has a severe concussion and is having to have surgery for a broken back and leg.
She's in surgery now and I managed to snap this pick after they put her on some heavy meds just before she went in. We'll be going offline for a bit so Toni can recover and take care of herself.
please take care of yourselves and your loved one because you never know when something could change

I sit in the waiting room of the hospital, my hands in my head not knowing what to do right now.
Toni has just been taken into emergency surgery because they're afraid the brake in her back is worse than first thought and there's a possibility she could become paralysed.
Just as I'm about to get up for some air my phone starts ringing in my pocket.
"Alex please tell me what the hell is going on! Why are you texting me to say Toni is in the hospital?!" I hear the very distressed voice of Katie ask me.
It takes everything I have to not break down in tears right now because I can hear the pain in her voice and she hasn't even seen what Toni looked like.
"S-she was going down the mountain and I was following behind her and the next thing I know is this snowmobile was ploughing down the slope. We were perfectly fine but T saw a young girl who wasn't moving so she unclipped herself and ran over to push her out the way" I say taking in a deep breath
"Jesus Christ Alex, why does she have to be so fucking selfless," Katie says angrily down the phone
I know she doesn't mean it in a bad way she's just angry that's this is all happened and I think we all are.
"she's in surgery right now getting her spine fixed. Katie, I don't know what to do right now, there's no one here" I say finally breaking down over the phone.
"shit Alex just hold on a second okay, everything's going to be okay," She says and I hear some shuffling in the other end before another voice speaks up.
"baby horse?" Kelley says sweetly just making me cry even more
"Hey, hey, calm down for me Lex, we are going to get through this together okay. We all love Toni to pieces and we are going to be there for you both alright" Kelley says knowing exactly how I'm feeling
"what do I do now Kelley, we're stuck in France and there's no way she's going to be fit to fly back to the US," I say panicking on what I'm supposed to do in this situation
"slow down Lex, take it one step at a time okay, let's just wait for Toni to get out of surgery first okay." She tells me
"I need to call Cece and her mom still, Jesus what am I going to tell her parents," I say thinking out loud
"forget all that, Katies already talking to Cece and she'll sort out her parents too okay, just hold on tight over there and well get to you as soon as we can," Kelley says making me confused
"you guys are going on holiday tomorrow why are you coming to us," I say
"you seriously think we are going to go away when my best friend is going through something traumatic, no chance, me and Katie are catching the next flight over," She says firmly down the phone
"thanks Kel, I'll keep you updated if anything changes," I say letting out a deep sigh
"stay strong Lex, you're not alone" Kelley says before hanging up on me
I stand up from where I'm sitting outside this hospital and gather myself before taking back in and praying that someone has news for me.
