"Please welcome Mrs and Mrs O'Neil to the dance floor" Our DJ announces making me smile over at Alex and grab her hand, pulling her towards the floor
"Could I please have this dance m'lady?" I say sticking a hand out for her to take
"of course you may" Alex replies a huge smile on her face
I wrap my arms around her waist while she grabs the back of my neck and we sway along to the music, both of us forgetting the room full of people watching on
"thank you for making me the happiest person alive" I whisper to her
"no, thank you, my parents or sisters might not be here right now but I've got you and that's all that matters to me" Alex says
"you're an O'Neil now Alex, we make our own family" I reply before kissing her on the lips.
We sway along to Elvis Presley, both of us happy and content in the arms of the other finally being able to call each other our wives.
"Let's get this party started shall we! Everyone make your way to the front while I serenade you all" Katie says speaking into the microphone
"Toni requested for me to sing at her wedding I wasn't going to turn down my sister on her big day. So this next one is a little something I wrote for you guys actually" Katie tells the crowd looking down at Alex and I.
The couple all gather on the dance for as Katie sings to us all. I can't help but look up at my sister smiling at her in glee that she's here on my big day and that's she's involved in my life.
As the room all listen to Katie's pretty amazing voice and dance along to her new song, I look at all the friends and family that have gathered to celebrate this day with us today.
New ones and old ones all uniting together just for two people, pretty spectacular if you really think about it all.
