Blow the lids off

Suman was coming out from living area when she saw preeti going to her room.

"Preeti did you see shravan here?"

"Yeah di! Jiju was here when i came from college i guess half an hour ago" suman noded her head and preeti went from there

Suman took out her phone and called the next name came in her mind

"Sup sumo wrestler?"

"Pushkar"

"Is everything okay?" His voice showing concern

"He got to know" she sighed and there was silence for a minute

"How?"

"I think he saw the picture of me with my parents. Is he home? He left half an hour ago."

"Nah! He is not" pushkar said looking around

"I dont know what to do now" she was freaking out

"Sumo relax! It has to happened right and its good he got to know."

"But how will he react?"

"Maybe you dont know how shravan bhaiya will react but atleast you know how will your chashmish react, right? So go and talk to him. I am sure he will give you a chance to say your part. But where is he now?" he was a bit confused because it just takes 15 minutes to reach MM from TK

"I think i know where he is" she stated

"You do?"

"Yup!"

"You want me to come there?" he asked with worry laced voice

"Nope"

"Listen i will call you so keep your phone with you. I dont want any excuse. I know you two have a lot to catch up but dont make me freak out here and message me when you are there. Okay? "

"You are sounding like papa right now!"she chuckled making him smile

"Sumo break a leg! I know you can do it. Get your chashmish out of that shrewd laywer. Yeah?"

"Yeah!" She smiled

"Now go dont waste time its already eight" saying that he hung up

Suman's drive came to hault when she reached her destination. She texted pushkar and took a deep breathe and went toward the iron gates.

She signalled the watchman to keep quite with her fingers as soon as she saw his eyes widen like a button and his mouth was about to open to maybe scream but closed when she was telling him not to.

She saw him sitting, facing his back to her just as he imagined him, this tells that she knows him too well. Her lips went upwards a little but gradually went downward as soon as she came back to reality and  the silence around was only adding to her nervousness

Rubbing her fists to the sides of her kurta, she took slow steps toward him and sat on the swing beside him.

She did not have the courage to look at his face, more particular to those brown eyes. She was looking at the moon just like he was. Even he did not turn to look at her, his gaze was fixed in the sky.

"The day when you asked me to show up after exam i knew what was going in your mind." Suman started after minutes of silence when neither he was saying anything nor asking any question.

Taking a deep breathe she continues "I wanted to come" thats when she feel his eyes shifted to her but she was not going to look back before she is done.
