Emit came back out of the gas station with packaged saltine's, and water bottles. "We'll need these in case we get hungry," Emit said. "Though, I doubt your ex will except this after what happened to her."

"She'll be fine," Vito explained. "Though I've never seen her pass out before. Almost makes me with I didn't dump her months ago." "I'm sure once we're done explaining everything to her about what happened to her," Miranda said. "For now, we need to head back to Morpheus, and see why he needed her." Mark placed the keys in the ignition, and then drove out of the gas station towards where Morpheus was. "Let's hope this van still has enough gas," Mark said.

Hours later, Mark parked the van outside of an abandoned building, that no one in Mega City goes to. "We're here," Mark said. "Now let's get out, and go tell Morpheus that we brought her here." "You guys go on," Vito said. "I'll stay behind, and wake my ex up." "Hurry up, then," Emit explained. "Morpheus hates being patient so long."

Natalie finally woke up after a long rest in the van, and rubbed her eyes to stay awake. Natalie then noticed that she was still in the van that picked her up, and then found her ex-boyfriend in front of her, and panicked, while also placing her vest, and rain coat back on. "Why must I drag myself into these situations?" Natalie asked. "I knew something terrible would happen the second I spied on those men in suits." "I didn't think you would notice them at all after I left you," Vito explained.

"You know about them?" Natalie asked. "I've been taking them down, since I was fourteen," Vito answered. "The Agent Smith's infect whoever they see, and just reach into their hearts to make their victims one of them. I'm not sure why they need more, but it's dangerous." "Why are you telling me this?" Natalie asked. "I just saw them do it twice. They infected Lindsey hours ago. How long was it?" "About 7 hours," Vito answered. "My group, and I have been searching for you since you've been taken by the Agent Smith's. Who would've known we would find you in the middle of town almost dying by the stomach bug they planted in you." "I don't want to talk about again," Natalie said. "I'll keep having nightmares about that thing, now that I saw it."

"Come on, we should join the rest of the group inside," Vito explained, and got out of the van. Natalie acted frightened, by the time she stepped out of the van. Natalie's ponytail was a mess, along with her eyes. After taking a couple of steps out of the van, Natalie noticed that it stopped raining, and then followed her ex into the building. "I know this might sound scary to you, but it's one of the reason's why you, and I are involved," Vito said. "Morpheus told us that your parents were involved in this." "Who is Morpheus?" Natalie asked. "You'll meet him by the time we continue inside," Vito answered. "Now let's go."
