Me publishing twice in a week? I know, it's shocking.

Well anyway, I got this idea based on what I'm doing for my best friend for Valentine's day. But anyway, I hope you enjoy!

High School Au

Roman walked out to his car after play rehearsal. Valentine's Day was tomorrow and he had a lot to do to make it special for his boyfriends. He opened the trunk of his car and unloaded his small wagon full of Valentine supplies. Shutting the trunk and locking the car, he headed towards the front doors of the school. He would do Logan's locker first, then Virgil's, and Patton's last.

When he got to Logan's locker he set to work. First he decorated the insides with star speckled paper and sticky notes with space related pick up lines. He then grabbed the 5 jars of Crofters from the wagon and carefully balanced them on top of Logan's books and notebooks so they wouldn't fall and potentially break. Last he pulled out a box of Logan's favorite flavor of tea with a card attached to it, and placed it on top of the jars of Crofters. Once he was satisfied that everything looked good he closed the locker and double checked to make sure the padlock was securely locked.

Next was Virgil's locker. Once he got it open, he repeated the process that he'd done with Logan's, decorating the inside, but this time with various band and Tim Burton posters. Next he pulled out a purple box that had lavender tea and bath bombs, a pair of purple, noise-canceling headphones, and a stack of letters reminding Virgil of how much they all loved him, and placed it carefully in the locker. Last he placed a Jack Skellington plushie holding two My Chemical Romance concert tickets on top of the box. When he finished, Virgil's locker looked more like it was decorated for Halloween rather than Valentine's Day, but he knew (or at least hoped) Virgil would like it more this way.

Last was Patton's. This one would take the most time because he would be decorating the inside and outside. He would have done the same for all of his boyfriends, but he knew they wouldn't like that. Virgil would get too anxious because of the attention it would draw, and it just wasn't something Logan would want or appreciate.

When Roman reached Patton's locker he pulled out a roll of pink wrapping paper and started covering the locker door with it, carefully cutting out a section in the center so Patton would still be able to access the latch to open his locker. Once the wrapping paper was set in place, he arranged and taped the letters he had previously cut out to spell "Happy Valentine's Day!" And then taped cut out hearts with sweet messages and cheesy, pun filled pick up lines written on them, to the locker around the words.

Next he opened the locker and set to decorating the inside. He covered the walls with pastel pink and blue papers and animal stickers with puns on them. He then grabbed a Teddy Bear and a box of handmade clothes for the bear, made to look like Virgil's hoodie, Logan's T-shirt and blue tie, Roman's prince outfit that he got from a play, and Patton's T-shirt and cardigan. He set the box in the locker and then placed the teddy bear on top. Roman then put a box of hot chocolate packets (the ones with the mini marshmallows) on one side of the teddy bear, and a bouquet of 12 mini red roses on the other. Last, he filled up the remaining space in the locker with pink, red, and white balloons so they would fall out when Patton opened his locker.

Finally finished, Roman wheeled the wagon back out to his car and loaded it into the trunk. He walked around, got in the front seat and drove home.

The next day he left his house extra early to make sure he got to the school before his boyfriends. A few minutes after he got there, Patton, Logan, and Virgil walked up to him together.

"Happy Valentine's Day, my loves!" Roman exclaimed giving them each a heart shaped box of chocolates and a kiss on the cheek. "I hope your morning has been perfect!"
