A Familiar Face

No One's POV

Sarah, (Y/N), and Luke were standing in front of Nick as he was stuck in the fence trying to get them. (Y/N) pulled out his screwdriver as he walked forward, "I'll take care of him." Luke looked at (Y/N) as he was surprised, "You don't have to, I can do it." "You knew him, I barely knew him. It'll be easier." "Ok, just be quick. I can't see him like this for much longef." (Y/N) walked up to Nick as he waved his arm at the boy. (Y/N) got closer as he brought his hand up, "See ya Nick." He then swung down having the melee weapon go down through Nick's skull ending his life. (Luke will remember that.)

(Y/N) pulled the screwdriver out to walk back to Luke and Sarah as they continued down the dirt path towards the meet up point. As they were walking Sarah was walking next to (Y/N), "How are you holdin' up?" "Still pretty bad." "Well you pulled your weight back there, that's what people like to see." "I guess." (Y/N) looked at Sarah's pocket knife, "I would keep that knife safe. It's the only thing you have of him besides what's in your mind." Sarah took her knife from her belt as she looked at it, "I will."

A few minutes later the three arrived at the meeting point to be met by everyone except for Kenny, who was in a tent, and Jane, who was doing her own thing. The three were greeted with Clementine walking up to (Y/N), "What happened to you three?" "Well we got lost and were trapped in a trailer park. Sarah is still a bit messed up." "Did you guys see Nick?" (Y/N) rubbed the back of his neck while looking down as they then heard Rebecca crying as Luke tried to comfort her. Clementine figured it out as she gained an even sadder look.

A minute later Clementine went to go check on Kenny as everyone was waiting for what to do next, until Rebecca's water broke. Everyone surrounded her as they didn't know what to do until Luke took charge. Bonnie, Mike, and (Y/N) would go check the museum nearby, as Clementine and Jane would check the watch tower. Sarah would stay here with Kenny, Rebecca, and, himself.

Bonnie, (Y/N), and Mike made their way to the museum to find it mainly made of glass doors and windows. All of the glass was broken allowing them easy access in. Before they separated Bonnie told them that they were looking for something like a blanket to wrap the baby in. The three separated and (Y/N) was confused by nearly everything due to him not knowing anything about history. He then spotted the large rectangular piece of cloth that his teacher used to make him stand up for and pledge to.

He tore it down as he walked up to Bonnie, "Could this work as a blanket?" Bonnie saw what he was holding, "That's an American flag, yeah it could work." "Ok." Bonnie looked over at Mike who was looking into a room, "Mike we got what we need, come on!" Mike looked back at her to signal her over, "There is two large bottles of water in here, but there is no way in with the door locked and the window gate won't open up high enough." The two walked up to Mike to have Bonnie think of something, "How high up does the gate go?" " just less than a foot."

Bonnie looked down at (Y/N) to have him sigh, "Yeah, just lift the thing up." "All you gotta do is unlock the door." Mike and Bonnie lifted the gate up to have (Y/N) crawl through and unlock the door. When he did though a walker popped up to grab his wrist causing (Y/N) to pull back while screaming, as Bonnie kept the gate up to not crush him, and Mike went through the door by kicking it down. Mike then killed the walker as he helped (Y/N) through letting Bonnie let the gate close as she came in to check in on the two, "Is everyone alright?" Mike took a breathe, "Yeah, were fine." Bonnie then grabbed the flag as Mike grabbed the two large bottles of water with the three going back to the group.

When they made it they found out that Jane and Clementine found out that the watch tower could be where Rebecca could give birth to the baby safely. Luke and Jane were at the watch tower keeping a look out. As everyone was talking they heard Sarah, "Walkers!" Everyone noticed them as Mike grabbed the water while Kenny grabbed a crowbar, "Get to the tower, I'll be right there." Everyone went to the tower as Kenny killed a few walkers to give them time and follow the group seconds later.
