Vee's POV:
I was walking down the side of the road for what reason you might be wondering? Well I escaped Hawkins Lab and spent an hour running from them and out of the lab so now I'm walking on the side of the road in a lab gown, some blood on the lab gown, and my unbrushed hair which most of the lab tests had their heads shaved and it did but it grew back
I saw a car pull up and stop where I was currently standing, the window rolled down and I saw a man with a beard. "Hey kid you alright?" The guy asked I just shrugged "I'll help you out kid just um get inside the police car" I nodded, opened the door, and sat down. "You can close the door kid" the guy said and chuckled and then I closed the door.
We just sat their for a few minutes before the guy cleared his throat. "Okay kid my name is Jim Hopper but you can call me Hopper or Hop, I'm 44 years old, I have a daughter named Eleven but it's El for short she's 15, I'm a police officer, and that's it." He said and smiled "so what's your name?" He asked "n-name?" I asked not really knowing what that was "Yeah like mine I'm Jim Hopper" he said then I realised what he meant.
I showed him my wrist and he seemed shocked but why? "Twelve?" He said and I nodded "Okay how about we call you Vee short for Twelve?" He said, I nodded and smiled "How did you escape?" Hopper asked "Powers" I said and he nodded and smiled at me "age?" He asked "a-age?" Gosh how do I not know anything? "Yeah I'm 44 so you are?" He asked "15" I said and he smiled. "Where did you come from?" He asked "bad place" I said and he nodded "Okay listen Vee how would you like to live with me and El?" He asked I nodded and smiled "home" I said "home" he replied and we both smiled.
*Time Skip to Hoppers cabin*
Hopper parked his car outside of his house. I opened my door "alright kid I'm going to smoke but you can go inside and meet El if you'd like" Hopper said I nodded and went inside and closed the door behind me "El?" I said some girl came out of her room which was most likely El and looked at me "Who are you?" El asked I showed her my wrist "Twelve but Hopper said Vee short for Twelve" I said she started to tear up and hug me "let's eat ice cream on Eggo's!" She said excitedly I nodded and laughed
