Summer Love

Chapter 16

Quinn's POV

Here we are with just 2 weeks left of summer and being here in this beautiful cabin. So far this summer has been great and my relationship with Puck couldn't be any better. I still miss Beth but I'm not that sad as I was before cause I know she's doing fine with Shelby.

I'm in my room just reading a book when Puck walks in with a big smile on his face.

"Okay pack your bags" Puck said with smile

"Puck you can't just tell me to pack my stuff with a smile without telling me why" I said

"It's surprise just trust me please" he said

"Okay fine" I said

I got up from the bed and started to pack all my stuff I wonder where he's taking me.

Pucks POV

Okay so I couldn't tell Quinn where we're going for the next 2 weeks but I wanted to be a surprise. I know she doesn't wanna leave our friends but I just know she's going to love this surprise.

So last night I called Shelby and I asked her how Beth was and she said she was doing fine and then Shelby asked me if we would like to go see Beth for at least a week and of course I said yes and I know Quinn going to be happy to see our baby girl.

I walk back to our room and I see Quinn close the last suitcase she had and I gave her a smile.

"Ready?" I asked with a smile

"Yeah but can you please tell where we're going" she whined

"I'll tell you in the cab now come on its outside waiting" I said as helped here with her suitcases

We walk downstairs and everybody in the couch watching tv.

"Okay seriously what's up with everybody leaving early" Santana said I just laughed

"Where are you guys going?" Rachel asked

"I don't know Puck doesn't wanna tell me" Quinn said

"I'm taking her somewhere it's a surprise" I said

"Dude really" Sam said

"Sorry I'll text you guys when we get there" I said to Sam and Finn

"Fine just get there safe bro" Finn said

"We will...come on Quinn we need to go now" I said

Quinn hugged everybody and we left to the cab and I put our stuff in the trunk. I told the driver to take us to the airport and Quinn looked more confused.

"Okay where the hell are we going?" She asked mad

"I wanted to be a surprise but since you have a look like you're going to kill me I called Shelby last night to see how Beth was and basically she invited us to stay with her for a week to spend time with Beth" I said with a smile

"We're going to see our baby girl" she said with tears coming out of her eyes

"Yes baby" I said with a huge smile on my face and she kissed me.

"I love you so much" she said as she pulled away

The whole ride to the airport was quiet but I could tell that she was really excited and couldn't wait to see our baby. We got to the airport within an hour I payed the driver and got our stuff and we went inside the airport.

We walked up to check in.

"Hello how may I help you?" The lady asked us

"Yeah I have two tickets reserved under Noah Puckerman and Quinn Fabray" I said

"Oh yes a flight to New York City for one week am I correct?" She asked

"Yes" I said with a smile

"Okay will here you go and your gate 79A " she said with a smile

"Thank you" Quinn said with a smile

We walked to our gate and waited for about 20 mins until we go in the plane.

"Puck I'm so excited I can't wait to see her" Quinn said with a smile

"Same here we get to hold her in our arms" I said with a smile

"How are we getting to Shelby house?" Quinn asked

"She's meeting us there so she's probably there already" I said

"I hope it won't be weird" Quinn said a little sad

"Trust me babe it won't" I said with smile

After 20 mins of waiting we finally got on the plane and got seated the plane ride to get to New York was pretty good we got there within 3 hours we got our bags and we went to meet up with Shelby. We spotted her she was waving her hands at us and we saw she had a stroller and right away Quinn squeezed my hand we walked over to Shelby.

"Hey guys how are you?" Shelby asked as she hugged us

"We're good" I said with a smile

"How's your summer going so far?" She asked with a smile

"Fine we spend almost our whole summer in a cabin with Finn, Rachel, Sam, and Santana" I said

"That sounds great so you'll spend your last 2 weeks here?" She said

"Just one week the last week we're going to spend it with our families" I said

I notice Quinn was quiet and was starring at the stroller.

"Oh I'm sorry guys do you guys wanna see Beth she's sleeping but still" she said with a smile

Quinn nodded her head and Shelby removed the blanket and there she was our baby girl she looked like Quinn and she had my smile she's so big now I can't believe that it's been almost 4 months since we seen her.

"She's beautiful" Quinn finally said

"She has your eyes you know" Shelby said

"Do you guys wanna go I bet your tired and besides we have a whole week" Shelby said with smile

We left the airport and went to Shelby house and we got settled in the room she gave us. I look over and I see Quinn has a smile I knew she would be happy to be here and see our baby girl.
