One night, I went to the shop and Jeff looked sad.

"What's wrong?" I asked him.

"Noel didn't tell you yet?"

"No, what?"

"He sold the shop."

"What!?"

"This is the last week we are gonna be open."

He left and I walked back to the back room. Noel was sitting at the computer. I took my coat off and set my backpack down. He leaned back in the chair and turned toward me.

"Ello beautiful." He smiled.

"You sold the shop?"

His smile faded.

"Jeff told ya?"

"Yeah."

He sighed.

"I'm losing money, it doesn't make sense to keep it open."

"Yeah, that makes sense." I said glumly.

"You ok?"

"Yeah, I just really like spending time with you here."

"So do I, but I have some good news. The house is finished and I'm moving in on Saturday."

"I thought you said it wouldn't be done until January?"

"They got done early." He shruggrd.

Ok, can I come help you move in?"

"Yes, please." he smiled.

I smiled and walked over to him. I sat in his lap and kissed him then wrapped my arms around his neck.

"I have some more news." he said.

"What?"

"I'm going to London in a couple months. I would love for you to come with me."

"That would be amazing! But.."

"But what?"

"I would need to figure out what to tell my parents and I have school."

"Can't ya just tell 'em the truth?"

"No."

"Tell them it's for school."

"They will have a million questions though."

"Just think about it ok?"

"Ok." I smiled.

Saturday morning, I borrowed my mom's car and drove to the shop to meet Noel. He was waiting outside when I pulled up. He smiled when he saw me and got in the car.

"Ok, where to?" I asked.

"Take a left here."
