Zoey's POV

One week later

I got up and took a shower got dressed and ready for my doctors appointment today I found out if how many I'm carrying.

At the doctors

"Hi Zoey how are you feeling today?" My doctor asks

"I'm feeling good not as sick in the morning anymore." I say and give a small smile.

"Okay If you could lay back ash pull your shirt up we can get started." She says

She put the cold gel on my stomach and got the stick thing out and started moving it around checking everything.

"Do you want to know the gender of your babies? She asked

"Babies? As in more then one?" I ask

"Yes you are having twins" she said

"Yes but I need to call Levi and get him here so we can both know the genders" I say

She shook her yeah and left the room. I called Levi and told him to come down for the gender I jsut didn't tell him how many yet I wanted to surprise him.

10 minutes later

"Hey baby you read to find it the gender of our baby" he says

"Yes but actually there's two babies" I say

"You mean....twins?" He asked in a not so excited voice

".....yes?" I say more as a question

"Um oh okay can we find out the genders now" he says still looking very unhappy

We call the doctor back in and she does as she did before.

"Well you are are having a girl and a boy" she says

I'm so excited I get to have a mini me and a mini Levi at the same time I'm so excited but Levi is just looking off into the distance not saying anything. We get out stuff and thank the doctor and leave, Levi didn't say anything on the way back to the pack house.

"Levi where are you going?" I say when I see he's about to walk out the door.

"Out" is all he says

I shrug my shoulders and went to lay down no wonder I'm tired all the time I got two babies taking all my energy but it's worth it.

2 hours later

Levi come busting in the front door with his closed all messed up and the smell of beer is all over him

"Levi what the hell is wrong with you" I said more are a statement then a question

"None if your damn business" is all he says while about you walk up the stairs before I noticed something in his neck.

"Levi what the fuck is on your neck" i said

"Nothi-" And that's when he realized he had a huge Hickey in the side of his neck and he stopped dead in his tracks.

"Wow Levi and I thought you changed" is all I say before walking up stairs and getting my stuff packed.

"No please Zoey I didn't mean to I wasn't thinking straight I was drunk I didn't know what I was doing" he says as He watched me pack my stuff

"I don't care Levi you shouldn't have put yourself in that situation and you should have thought about leaving you pregnant wife at home while you went out and probably fucked that random girl" I say

He looks down and doesn't say anything and that's when I knew he didn't just kiss her he full on fucked another girl he cheated.

That was the last time I take Levi back once you cheat it's over for good.

"I'm moving out Levi and we are done I will live here in this pack but I will not be married to you and I will not be the Luna anymore I'm stay for our kids but that's the only reason I'm staying" is all I say before walking down stairs with my stuff and I'm about to leave when he says.

"I'm so sorry zoey please don't leave me please i didn't mean to I was just upset I'm not ready for a kid let alone two please Zoey don't leave" he cry's like a bitch

"No Levi you should have came and talked to me about it like an adult and we could have gotten through it but you decided you would rather drink and bang some random girl, you made your bed now you gotta lay in it" is all I say before going to the second pack house 3 miles away.
