Escaping the city for the week hadn't been as easy as either of us had anticipated but it was our first chance of a quick getaway since Casey's arrival and he had insisted that it was desperately needed. After much persuading, he was finally able to convince me, besides it would give me a chance to finally break the news to Casey about his unborn child.

It was the first time that we went on vacation without Isa. The first time we didn't have to think about finding activities that would please a five-year-old little girl. Just the quietness of Tuscany and the warm temperatures that embraced our bodies bewitchingly as we enjoyed a break far from everything. The best of all was that Isa took it better than I thought. Maybe because she was too busy playing with TJ to really care.

As hesitant as I may have been about this week when Casey originally suggested it, I was itching to lose myself in Casey, to forget the world, to feel that warmth that spread throughout every limb of my body whenever he looked at me the way he always did whenever we were alone. I longed for the way I felt whenever I was around him. It was a state of mind that I still struggled to associate words to and constantly stumbled in my attempts at verbalizing it whenever he requested me to do so.

My own words echoed in my mind as I dutifully led Casey up a flight of stairs and down a corridor.

I abruptly stopped in front of a door and exclaimed, "This is ours!"

Casey pulled up onto his toes and lifted his arms in an attempt to avoid fully crashing into me. "Jane, a little warning next time," he hissed into my curls.

The warm breath against my scalp sent shivers down my spine as I busied myself with unlocking the door. I heard a thud behind me and soon felt Casey's body press up behind mine, a gentle hand at my hip pulling me back into his body. He couldn't resist, couldn't wait one more second. He buried his nose into the crook of my neck and inhaled sharply, his fingers gently pressing into my slender hip.

I gasped at the sudden expression of wanton desire Casey was exhibiting. My body melted into the blonde's as I momentarily forgot about opening the door. I reached out and splayed my hand against the door for purchase, my knees buckled beneath me as Casey's warm lips pressed against my exposed skin.

"Open the door," Casey husked into my ear.

I fumbled with the key and finally managed to open the door. Casey quickly reached down and picked up the bag he'd dropped to the floor moments ago and followed me into the room. Both him and I rid ourselves of our bags at the same time, a loud thud resonated into the room. Casey closed the door behind him with a kick of his foot. He wasted no time in shrugging off his jacket and discarding it on a nearby chair.

I looked over to Casey quickly before taking a peek around the room, a one-bedroom balcony suite with a living room, kitchen, and flowers on every flat surface.

I sauntered into the bathroom and a smile pulled at the corner of my lips as my eyes settled on the large double ended clawfoot bathtub. One of the main reasons I'd chosen this particular room. My ears picked up the sound of Casey padding about in the main room but that didn't stop me from turning on the tub faucets and running myself a bath. Within moments, Casey appeared in the doorframe and leaned against it casually as he crossed his arms over his stomach.

"I'm feeling awfully grubby after that long drive," I admitted innocently, keeping my eyes locked on Casey's. I noted the hunger in them and regardless of how many times I locked eyes with those sultry dark pools of Casey's that particular look made me feel exactly the same way as the first time I recognized what that look meant. Without breaking eye contact, I reached down and pulled my top above my head and allowed it to drop to the floor.
