Y/N pov
We did a bit of shopping after Mandip told us she was running late. We went went around a few shops to kill the time. Mandip texts Jodie letting her know she was on her way and we met up with her in Starbucks. Jodie was chill cos them two were already close friends but this was the first time I was meeting Mandip and I was pretty nervous considering the way I met Jodie. This time just be normal and try not to knock into anything or brake anything. We walked in to see that Mandip had already had a table further back .
"Hey Mandip" Jodie called out just to grab Mandips attention
"Dont worry she is as nice as she is on camera" Jodie whispered to me to reassure me, i think she could tell I was nervous.
"Hey Jodie, where've you been"
"Exploring, sat in the hotel, you know what I'm like in press tours" she joked
"Oh Mandip this is Y/N, Shes staying with us until we fly back in which case she will aswell" Jodie introduced me just to make the situation alot less awkward
"I'm Mandip, I'm guessing your familiar with who I am "
"Yere I'm quite i big whovian"i said with a smile.
We both just giggled Mandip sat down on the sofa next to me. Jodie smiled at our immediate friendship.
"Anyone for a coffee" Jodie Suggested
"Sure" Mandip perked up "just a latte with almond milk for me thanks "
"Its fine I'll get my own" I smiled hoping she wouldn't object
"Really it's fine what do you want to drink "
"Are you sure" she nodded with a reassuring smile
"Ok, I'll have a coffee frappuccino please" I said politely
"Ok I'll be back with drinks"she said wondering off to the desk
"Wait a sec" she turned back looking worried I stood up
"Do you want me to grab the drinks you know just incase you get recognise you can be me discreet at the table" I offered trying to show I care but just seeming thoughtful.
"That's very thoughtful sure ok but take my card" She replied back seeming touched by my action but still insisted in paying.
"Ok be right back with the drinks, Jodie what do you want?"
"Vanilla latte please "
"Okie Dokie Loki"
I walked off into the queue to get the drinks .
Jodies Pov
"So y/n huh " Mandip said sound very curious
