It was the night after the murder of Piper Redwood. Both Savannah and Arya arrived back at their dorm after a hard day without their beloved friend Piper. Savannah fumbled for the keys but eventually found them and opened the door. A cold, sharp wind flew through the small, but cosy room.

Having already eaten out, both Savannah and Arya collapsed in a tired heap on the couch, turned on the TV and lay wondering about how crazy yesterday was. It was such a normal evening, but neither of them knew what unexpected event was about to happen next.

As Arya was beginning to doze off, the doorbell rang and abruptly woke her up. She bolted upright, obviously on edge. Once she realised what the noise was she relaxed and lay back down.

"You wanna get it or should I?" asked Savannah, unenthusiastically.

They were surprised someone was there, as the post usually came in the early evening and it was now verging on 10 pm.

"I'll get it," said Arya as she slowly rose from the couch. She wandered towards the door just as she normally would. She ignored the voice in the back of her head saying something was off.

She pushed the rusted handle down and opened the door. Two big, brown packages sat staring back at her. Arya stepped outside the door frame and looked around, wondering where the person who delivered this had gone. The walkway was completely deserted; there was no one to be seen. It was a cold night, so Arya quickly scooped up the packages and rushed back inside.

"Who was it?" asked Savannah sleepily.

"I don't know," replied Arya. "All that was there were two large brown packages. Here take a look!"

Arya put the packages on the coffee table and Savannah rose up off the couch to take a look.

The packages were identical and all that was on there was their names: Arya Brown and Savannah Smith. No address, no post stamp. They had obviously been delivered by hand.

"Were you expecting anything?" asked Arya suspiciously.
"No, I don't think so," said Savannah quickly.
"Maybe we should just open them," Arya said as she started to turn the package over.
"Yeah, there's no harm in that," said Savannah, although there was a hint of uncertainty in her voice.

They both ripped off the tape and slowly unwrapped the brown paper. Wrapped within the paper was a small black box. As they unwrapped it, they could hear an odd clicking sound.

Without touching them, the boxes opened, simultaneously releasing two sharp knives. The knives were quickly released through some high-tech mechanism and shot straight into the two girls chests.

They both lay next to each other, motionless on the floor.
