Enchanted (A Collection of Poetry)

a princess with a sad ending

we've met once,

like fate bumped

us into each other

who were just passing by.

was it a trance?

every morning

my heart flutters,

yet it mourns

every night,

slowly beating.

let me tell you

that a princess

may also trip, fall,

have scars, make mistakes,

and be a mess.

life is not a fairytale;

not everyone can

have a happy ending

for the prince may also

leave the princess.

or maybe,

they did not

meet at all

for it was just

a dream.
