Enchanted (A Collection of Poetry)

bonded but never sealed

you gave me a ring

simple and silver

you didn't say a  promise

just "it's yours" and i kept it

all at once, i felt happy

together we made more memories

it's like we were bonded

but never sealed

i valued the ring so much

though it gave me false hope

that you'll be mine and i'll be yours

would you let me in?

in your heart's door?

not as a friend but more

cause my heart was already torn

and only you could mend it

the ring that bonded us,

could you seal it?
