I wake up to a knock on my door. I hop out of bed and take a few steps and get to the door, opening it.

"Rye! I haven't seen you in a long time," Obi-Wan said. I wasn't expecting it, but I was happy to see him.

"I know, right? How was your mission?" I ask him, stepping out of my room. We start to walk down the corridor.

"It was - bittersweet. We found the boy - Anakin Skywalker - and we think he's the chosen one. His Midichlorian Count is over 27,000. He's a wonderful boy, really. He's my Padawan now. But, yet again, I lost my master, Qui-Gon," Obi-Wan said. I truly felt bad for him - I couldn't imagine what it would be like to lose Master Plo Koon.

"Obi-Wan, I'm so sorry. Qui-Gon was amazing, he's so proud of what you did," I console him.

"It was his dying wish for me to teach the boy, so I am. I just hope he doesn't get ahead of himself with all his power," He says, sighing at the end. I could tell he was exhausted.

"You should get some sleep!" I say. "Sorry, I didn't realize how tired you were!"

"I'm afraid I can't - have to start Anakin's training. I will when we're done though, don't worry," Obi-Wan said, the grogginess in his voice clear.

"Don't go too hard on yourself, okay?" I told him as he entered the elevator.

"I won't. May the force be with you," He replied. The doors shut before I could respond to him.

"May the force... be with you," I murmured.
