Day 3: I'm grateful for beaches. The constant soft sound of the waves crashing is so calming, and digging your toes in the sand feels really nice too.

When I'm at the beach my favorite thing to do is go far offshore and naturally float with the waves. Just laying in the empty space while the water carries you is almost therapeutic! I would also feed the birds, and it always warmed my heart when they would remember me the following day. Most of my snacks always ended up in their little bellies.
