Day 28: I'm grateful for street food. I'm referring to tiny open booths where you can buy quick meals and snacks to carry your belly through the day. Usually there's no building to enter or anywhere to sit, but sometimes you'll get lucky. Almost all street food markets are privately owned, meaning you're trying new recipes and foods at every place you visit. There's always a taste that feels like home, because the owners are usually family members and who make each recipe themselves. I'll always be grateful for the time and care people put in that.

I've only been to 3 street food markets, and each I remember vividly. One sold bubble tea, one sold Lao food, and another sold Korean food. They all tasted amazing and just different to put it bluntly. I really want to go again because of how good it tasted, and I want to visit more in the future. Each place has food you'll find no where else.
