*Fast Foward to after the victory tour the day after it October 7, 2019.
Tobin's POV
Its the day after the Victory tour,we didn't lose one game, and Jill Ellis stepped down, me and Christen are still together we have been dating since June 12,2019 so we have been dating for almost 4 months. I have 5 days until I have another soccer game but we have practice every day, my next game is against Christen, there has been lots of news speculating if me and her will go easy against eachother, the news and all the speculation gets on my nerves.
Fast Forward to October 12, GameDay where Tobin and Christen play against eachother and their anniversary
Tobin's POV
Its gameday and me and Christen's anniversary, I wake up from a nap and drive to the stadium i go into the locker room with Emily and we start to get ready our coach Mark Parsons comes in and talks to us "Tobin i know Christen is on the opposite team, that isn't gonna affect you is it" "No coach im gonna play the way I always play" i say "thats what I like to hear" he says. We finish getting ready, once we get ready we head on to the field me and Chris look at eachother smile then we put on our game on faces. Once the game starts im in the Right wing position, and Chris is in the Left Wing position on the opposite side of the field. Nobody scores in the first half but in the 48th minute I Nutmeg one of Utah's defender and i kick the ball into the back of the net. In the 53rd minute Christen scores. Its in the 89th minute with 10 seconds to go one of my Midfielders pass me the ball i fake out 3 defenders and the goalie and i score, the ref blows the whistle and we win, i go to center field and Emily and Lindsey dog pile on me and so does the rest of my team, we celebrate as we go back to the locker room. Coach congratulates me and says that's why I'm on the USWNT, after the game i go see Christen and i hug her i tell her good game and she says she has to go because she has to catch a flight back to Utah i kiss and hug her and she leaves to get to her gate, and i go back to my house. We my next game is playoffs so I have to focus on that.
