"It has come to our attention you have quite the criminal record, Murder, Theft, Bribery, you're a full on Mafioso. we also have it on good authority that you assaulted a well Beloved member of our Prison Staff. You're Quite Fired, in fact you're just lucky we don't put up a warrant for your arrest! don't ever come within 15 Meters of Prison grounds or you will be shot and killed on sight."
well that's... inconvenient....
and he can't even just tank through, Whitesnake could ambush him and take his stand like he did with Jotaro
Kars is Neutral on having a stand but from what happened to Jotaro Stands might be Important to have
also Giorno probably wouldn't be too happy about Kars attacking a Prison
and he can't get arrested either, that would expose all of Passiones dealings
He'll have to break the news to Jotaro

"Yeah, she's mentioned you a few times.... but you don't fit her description...."
Kars:"I had to change them to sneak into the Prison."
"Hmph... well since you introduced yourself you can just call me Anasui.."
Kars:"Nice to meet you, now if I release your stand are you going to attack me?"
