Christian leans to Orlando over while keeping his eyes locked on Kat who has engaged in a conversation with Ronald Acuna, "Can you tell me what they're saying?" He asks.

Orlando rolls his eyes, "You're not telling me to translate for you are you?"

"Look man I didn't even know until she could speak Spanish till about four months ago," Christian admits.

Orlando shakes his head, "Isn't she like an international business major?"

Christian scoffs, "No she's a business and sports media double and I'm offended that you think I wouldn't know that. Now can you please translate?"

Orlando rolls his eyes but listens closely while also trying not to look like he was eavesdropping while him and Christian waited to go out for batting practice, "He's asking about her birthday party tonight and why he wasn't invited."

Christian's eyes narrow at Acuna, "And what did she say?"

"She said anyone is welcome to come and she'll put his name on the list," Orlando relays. "Oh and she also told him where its at. Do you need to know where its at or?"

Christian pushes him, "Fuck you, I planned her 23rd birthday party."

"You're a really good boyfriend and to do it in the middle of a series against the Braves?" Orlando jokes, "You must be in love willing to party."

Christian shrugs, "Anything for her." He looks over and smiles at Kat who has settled back into her seat next to Baker. She looks at Christian and smiles offering a thumbs up, which he returns before stepping up to take his practice swings.

...

Christian quickly posts the picture of him and Kat sitting in right field after his game against the braves captioned: Baseball and CY? Best birthday ever! Oh and happy one year b #jordanyear to his story and does his best to ignore all the comments about going 1 for 4 at the plate today in the first game against the Braves. His terrible hitting did not help his case to Craig about the necessity of the team attending Kat's 23rd birthday party tonight. What did help the case is that even with them losing today they were still making the playoffs and not as a wild card team.

"Alright man everyone is lining up outside, cake just got delivered and Kat just texted me that she's on the way," Baker says and looks around the club Christian has rented for his girlfriend's birthday party.

"Wow alright its happening," Christian rubs his hands together as Kat's closest friends start coming to the club, which has been decorated with pink and gold decorations. Between him and Baker they had probably spent $15,000 on alcohol alone for this party and are both really hoping that Kat loves every moment of it.

Baker rubs Christian's shoulders, "Hey man stop sweating it can't go any worse than last year."

Christian rolls his eyes, "That's why this is a big deal because its our one-year anniversary AND her birthday."

Baker nods, "Well yeah forgot about that. Hey but you made it a year! And to think you used to say you wanted nothing to do with her because she was too much for you."

"And now I can't imagine not having her," Christian shrugs. "The world works in mysterious ways.

The music starts and Christian can see the paparazzi camera's flashing through the open front doors and moments later Kat walks through looking as stunning as ever. Her tall and lean body is complimented by her tan skin and a baby pink sequined dress and heels. She has her black hair pulled up in her usual slick ponytail. Tiffany diamonds adore her ears, neck and wrist and Christian knows she definitely has the custom platinum and diamond barbells in, but the dress which shows off her amazing boobs don't show her piercings.
