Embers pov
Devan and I were in the room waiting for the doctor to come back in
"Are you excited?" I asked
"Definitely," he squeezed my hand tighter.
Devan and I didn't want the gender to be revealed to us. We wanted it at the gender reveal party that Collins insisted on us having.
Collins has planned to get the gender form tie doctor later today and then get the party set up for tomorrow. I have no idea how he's gonna pull it off.
The doctor came back in and started talking. I couldn't pay attention though because I was to excited to focus.
I zoned out a little bit until the monitor next to me always turned on. I watched it intensely.
"Look Devan," I pointed at it "that's our baby,"
His smile so so pretty and wide. It made my day just so much better.
"Would you like to know the gender?@ she asked
"No," I replied
"My Brother is coming in to get the gender for the party he wants us to have," Devan told her
"Okay," she smiled before walking out
We got the pictures printed and went home. We were just both so so happy that we get to be parents.
