"It feels like I'm imprisoned in the past and my feelings."

"Earthbending style!"

Appa landed in the forest after all the flying we did out of Omashu. The wood was densely populated with thin trees with little green leaves hanging on the branches. The leaves and the trunk of the trees were glowing in the light of the sun. It was the early evening, the sun was still high in the sky, but it was set low. Soon it will transition to a beautiful sunset before the night rise again. The Water Tribe siblings and I settled by a peacefully flowing stream. Over the creek was a massive slab of rock with a tiny crack between another rock supporting it. The break was gently pouring water into the stream. Tsukkio and Sokka went out hunting in the forest to find some food for dinner. I was lying on a broken tree trunk that was surrounded by boulders of rocks lying or supporting by another stone. Katara was folding some blanket not too far from me.

Then I heard the purring of Momo. I gaze to the side to see Appa down below the slab resting; then, I turned my eyes over to Momo as he swooped down for a landing. Trailing behind Momo was Sokka has he was holding a bag. Sokka had his head down as he leaped on the slab and gently got to his knees, ready to present our meal. I gaze around the forest looking for Tsukkio, but she wasn't around. I wonder why she didn't come back when Sokka came back? They left at the same time, so where is she?

"Sokka, where's Tsukkio?" Katara asked, searching for her little sister.

"We went our separate ways to widen our chances of finding some food," Sokka replied, placing the bag in the center of the triangle shape Katara, Sokka, and I made.

"Well, what do you have for dinner?" I questioned as I rubbed my palms together, ready to devour this dinner.

"We've got a few options: First, round nuts and some kind of oval-shaped nuts," Sokka dug into the sack, pulling out pebbles. "And some rock shaped nuts that... might just rock. Dig in!"

Katara and I looked at each other as Sokka was still digging through his sack. Sokka pulled out the nut that seems to be a rock and threw it over his head. Maybe it's best for all of us to wait to see what Tsukkio is going to bring to eat, and hopefully, she brings something back that isn't meat. I heard the grumbles of Appa, and I stretched my neck to see what was going on. I see Tsukkio gently smiling at Appa was leaving petting Appa while Momo soared over to Tsukkio's shoulder. Tsukkio had her arrow bag over her shoulder with her bow in her left hand. Tsukkio placed her hand on the slab to lift herself to the level of everyone else. Momo went back to the nut or rock, Sokka threw over his head.

"Tsukkio, did you bring any food back?" Sokka asked, tying the sack of what he thought was going to be our dinner.

"There was no animal in sight or any edible vegetation," Tsukkio replied, placing her bow on the slab.

"Seriously, we're not going to eat any dinner tonight," Katara held her stomach.

My stomach lightly growled, and I see Tsukkio looked at me then back down as she joined the rest of us on the slab. Then a huge, rumbling of the earth shook the ground. The silence of the forest was gone as I can hear the breaking of rocks. The sound of rumbling earth continued for what seemed to be the second time. I looked into the direction of where the noise was coming while Tsukkio grabbed her bow. Then the sound stopped, and everything felt still again, silence fell as nothing happened.

"What was that?" Sokka asked, searching around for the cause of the noise.

"It's coming from over there!" I pointed in the direction where a fallen tree blocks the person or thing, making the earth rumbling.
