When we got to the hotel I pulled Mia out of her car seat and let her cry outside for a minute, "I'm gonna go get us a room." Colby said and kissed my cheek, then went inside.

Sam started to walk into the building, "hey Sam!" I yelled grabbing his attention, "come here." I said and bounced Mia, "what's up?" He asked and I smiled at him, "you know this isn't really your fault right? And that nobody is mad at you right?" He frowned, "it kind of is my fault.." he said and messed with his hair, "yeah but it was innocent. You didn't mean any harm. Right Mia? He didn't mean any harm?" I asked and bounced her as she stopped crying. She looked over at Sam and smiled at him, "we forgive you." I said as Mia reached for Sam. "thanks Cora." He said and hugged me before turning to go get a room.

I grabbed our bags and kissed Mia on the head, "okay, I got us a room, how are you feeling?" Colby asked and came up behind me, "tired." I said with a chuckle as he grabbed our bags.

We ended up getting a suite so we would have enough room for Mia. She was already fast asleep by the time we got upstairs. We set up the travel cot we bought for situations like this so I wouldn't have to stay awake all night holding her, then put her in there and got in the bed, "here's hoping that we don't have nightmares." I said and held my hand up, he high fived me, "here's hoping, sleep well baby girl." He said and kissed my head as I snuggled into him.

I woke up to the sun shining through the curtains. Mia wasn't in her cot and Colby wasn't next to me, "Colby??" I called out, even though I would hear him if he was here. I rolled over and grabbed my phone when he didn't respond,

I smiled and looked at the time, it was already 3pm. I couldn't help but laugh at how late I had slept, but I definitely needed it.

After a couple minutes of scrolling through social media I decided to get out of bed and shower. I really took my time and relaxed into the water, letting it wash away the stress that I had been feeling. I tried to stay strong during this but having our home be infested with something we can't see isn't exactly the most comfortable thing. I didn't blame Sam though, he was just trying to do a video and it went horribly wrong. I don't think anyone else blamed him either, we were all just scared.

"Babe?" Colby called as he came into the bathroom, "hey, sorry I slept so long." I said and turned the shower off, reaching my hand out for him to hand me a towel. He chuckled, "come and get it." He teased causing me to roll my eyes, "you're ridiculous, Brock." I said and got out to grab the towel he was holding then wrapped it around my body, "ya know you're gonna have to stop calling me Brock soon, because you'll be a Brock too." He said and coyly and pulled me to him. "Yes, but you'll still be the original Brock." I said and kissed him before turning to brush my hair out, "what did you get us for lunch?" I asked as he leaned against the doorframe, "McDonald's. I thought you would want chicken nuggets." He said with a sheepish grin,

"Colby Brock you know the way to my heart!" I squeeled and turned, jumping into his arms. He chuckled, "you're in a good mood today." He said and wrapped his arms tightly around my waist, "well I actually feel well rested, and I feel clean and ghost free at the moment." I said and just looked up at him, "I love seeing you this happy." He murmured as he pressed his lips to my forehead, "I love being this happy." I said quietly.

We stood like that for a minute before I finished actually getting ready, we then called everyone into our room so we could have a little house meeting.

"So, are we all feeling a little better now?" I asked and took a bite of my chicken nugget. "I'll feel better once the house is cleansed.." Kat said and looked down, "I'm so sorry guys...I'm so sorry. I didn't realize that the ritual would bring something so strong in." Sam said and took a big breath in, "it's okay Sam, you know I forgive you." I said and put my hand on his, giving it a small squeeze, "I do too." Colby said and punched his arm, "so do I." Corey said, "me too." Devyn said and nodded, "I forgive you but if you ever do it again, your getting a platform sneaker to the ass." Tara said making everyone laugh, "yeah dude, like I said, I forgive you but if the videos don't get views im gonna summon another demon until it works." Jake said and I smacked my hand with my forehead. "I forgive you too, by the way. I'm with Tara though, you do it again and I kick you ass." Kat said and leaned her head on his shoulder. "Thanks guys." Sam said and smiled at all of us, I could tell it was eating him upside that he put all of us in danger.

"The priest is coming tomorrow to excorcise the house and to bless us, we all have to be there." Sam said and looked around, "that sounds scary.." I said and bit my lip looking over at Mia.

An image of the nightmare I had came into my head causing my heart to race. Colby noticed my change in mood and put his hand on my thigh, rubbing it gently with his thumb. "He said it might get a little intense but we have eachother, it will be okay." He said and looked around at everyone. Everyone looked so scared, except for Jake, who had a blank expression on his face.

My mind was still stuck on the creature that was in my dreams, holding Mia. I stood up quickly and went to go grab her, feeling the fear envelope my chest. "You okay?" Colby asked as I sat down again, I just nodded and focused on the conversation everyone was having.

Everyone was now talking about the plan for the rest of the night. We were going to stay here for obvious reasons, and we would meet back at the house tomorrow around 11, that's when the priest would get there.

We ordered food and were just hanging out when I eventually had to go put Mia in the bedroom for a nap.

As I laid her down I heard someone come into the room, "what's going on Cor?" Colby asked as I turned around, fussing with my hair. "What do you mean?" I asked and sat on the bed. "something is bothering you, tell me what's up." I sighed and bit my cheek, "I just...I started thinking about the nightmare I had last night and I don't know. I'm scared for tomorrow." I said as he sat next to me, "tell me about your nightmare." He said and I just shook my head, "Mia was crying..and we were running around trying to find her. I called out for you, begging you to find her but when I looked over you were on the ground..not moving..then when I looked up..this horrible monster looking thing was holding Mia." I said and wiped my face as a tear fell down it.

"Oh baby girl." Colby said and pulled me to him, "I had a similar nightmare." He said quietly as I leaned my head on his shoulder, "very similar." He mumbled, "only I watched it take Mia from you. I don't know what this means but it was just a nightmare. It was nothing more. We have eachother here right now, and our beautiful daughter right here. I'm gonna protect you both with my life. I promise nothing is going to tear us apart. Nothing." He said and grabbed my left hand, running his fingers along my engagement ring.

"Nothing."
