I woke up feeling a little nervous about my date with Monica. She's a chill person. Just thinking about her made me nervous. I decided to go outside and shoot around to relax myself. I shot the ball until my dad came out.

"What are you doing out here at 9 in the morning?" He asked irritated

"I'm just getting relaxed. I'm going on a date later and I got nervous thinking about it so I came out here to take my mind off of it", I said shooting the ball again. My dad grabbed the ball and held it

"Who's this girl?" He asked shooting the ball

"Her name is Monica and she's really smart and athletic. She's perfect honestly", I said thinking about her

"Well son, just be careful. Remember you are getting noticed in this world by some big people so just make sure she's not friends with you for the fame", he said

"She's not like that dad. She definitely doesn't know that I'm somewhat famous and it's not really her business because we're not a thing", I said shooting the ball

"I'm just saying", he said walking into the house

I rolled my eyes and kept shooting.

It was about five now cause after shooting I was drained and I slept for a little bit. I got up and texted her saying to bring a bathing suit. I wanted to bring her to the beach just so we can relax. I got dressed and made my way over to her house. I rang the doorbell and who I was assumed was her mom opened it.

"You must be Joshua, I'm Jennifer Monica's mom. Come in, she'll be down in a minute"

"Hi, it's nice to meet you", I said standing in the living room waiting for Monica. I heard foot steps and it was Monica walking down. She smiled at me and gave me a hug

"Hey ima say bye to my mom real quick", she said walking to the kitchen. She came back and we walked out the door heading to my car. I opened her door and then went to my side.

"So... the beach?" She asked

"Yea, I thought that would be a good place go for our first date, I hope that's ok", I asked

"No that's fine Josh, I honestly love the beach. I haven't been there in awhile", she said smiling. I loved her smile. We pulled up to the beach and got out. We walked down and sat our stuff down.

" Do you mind taking a picture of me?" She asked

"Sure", I said grabbing her phone. She smiled and I took the picture and gave her phone back.

"You gonna post it?" I asked

"Yea I have to cause you took a nice picture", she said smiling

"Well let me follow you then", I said looking at her Instagram. I typed it in and followed her. I saw the picture and smiled
