2 months later

It was after school and I was in the mist of doing my homework when Josh called me. I picked up and smiled.

"Hey love"

"Hey sweet angel. What are you up to?" He asked

"Nothing I'm getting some homework done. Where you at?" I asked curiously

"I just finished at practice. I'm so tired baby" he said walking to his car yawning

"Aww honey. You wanna come lay with me?" I asked

"Of course, I'm on my way. I'll let you know when I'm there" he said as he hung up. I got up and cleaned a little bit. I went downstairs and made some popcorn for myself cause I know he's going to fall asleep when he gets here. I sat on the couch and waited. A knock came about and I jumped up. I opened it and smiled at him.

"Hey love" he said walking in hugging me. I hugged him tightly

"Cmon I know you're tired" I said as I grabbed my popcorn and his hand. We walked to my room and he dropped all his stuff and laid down. I smiled as I moved his stuff to the corner of my room and laid on top of him.

"Babe get off please" he said slightly mumbling

"Well move over then. Your big ass can't take up the whole bed" I chuckled  as he moved over. I stared at the back of his head and I guess he felt me cause he turned around and looked back at me.

"You okay?" He asked stroking my hair

"Of course I am" I smiled as I kissed him

"Good" he pulled me closer and held me tightly. I smiled.

"I wanted to ask you if you and your mom wanted to come over for thanksgiving?" He said as I thought about it.

"Let me check with my mom and I'll get back to you" I said. I never met his parents before so if I end up going hopefully it ends well.

"How your was day?" he asked laying on my chest.

"It was good. Nothing really happened today, it was really a relaxing day. How was yours?" I asked stroking his hair

"It was good as well. Practice was tiring as hell. I guess I'm just kind of getting back into the swing of things so that's why I'm probably tired but overall I'm just glad I'm here with you" he said sitting up to kiss me. I kissed him back and pulled away smiling.

"You're so cute" I said kissing his nose

"I know" he smirked . I rolled my eyes and pushed him off

"I was kidding babe. You are so beautiful" he said getting on top of me again

"I know" I mimicked him. He got up and picked me up and then slammed me on the bed. He started tickling me. I gave him a straight face

"Really Josh? Not every girl is ticklish" I said shaking my head

"Whatever. Get up" he said. I got up and saw him lay down. He patted and his chest and immediately laid on him. He wrapped his arms around me.

"Honestly, I never thought I would feel this way about anybody. I thought maybe I didn't need to fall in love because my dad was never around so I never knew what it felt like to be loved by a man. I've seen so many relationships fail and I didn't want that to be me so maybe I did push love away but I found you and you are just... amazing." I said
