Izuku's quirk.
Crosshairs
This quirk allows the user to summon any fun he has scan using his eyes( similar to how transformers scan vehicles). He can then use them as an extension of his arms. He can also control any bullet that was fired from it. He can even stop bullets but they keep there momentum and speed. He can create bullets from metal as well.
Drawbacks: If no bullets are present or can be made the gun must be used a as a meelee weapon
