So how are we bringing him back? I asked.
We put his body in the pool full of water, attach 4 lightning rods, I bring a lightning storm down, and then me and Carrie restore his memories, El explained to me.
After attaching the rods and placing Billy's body in, El used her powers to pull in a storm and lightning blasted the rod causing a giant flash of light that made everyone shield there eyes. After the storm past, Billy emerged from the pool grunting.
HOLD HIM DOWN, JONATHAN! Shouted Steve as he and Jonathan jumped on Billy to hold him in place.
Eleven's P.O.V
...Billy... I tried reaching out to Billy with Carrie doing the same thing.
Eleven...is that you? Asked Billy.
Yes, Billy, it's me. We're going to try to bring you out of the darkness. Just grab mine and Carrie's hands, I said.
He grabbed mine and Carrie's hands.
Hold on, said Carrie.
Suddenly everything started glowing white.
SSHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII- Yelled Billy as we left his mind.

El and Carrie opened their eyes and to my surprise, so did Billy.
Max...said Billy.
