Everything was back to normal to everyone as Monday had arrived. The ray of sunlight hit the milky white skin of Win as stretched he his body and get ready for class.

'Time to start the new normal'

as Win and Gulf arrived at the campus, Gulf decided to talk to Win as he observed his brother that something is bothering him. They walked together going to the campus as Air told them that she would come later because her first class will start in the afternoon.

"Win, are you okay?"Gulf asked while turning Win's body facing him.

"Yes Phi, I'm okay" the other one said while trying to wear a bright smile. But it doesn't satisfy Gulf as he was about to asked once more when suddenly Win talked again.

"Phi, if you're going to ask me again, I will say the same answer so please just believe and trust me okay? I'm perfectly fine." Gulf didn't know what is really happening but all he knows is that his brother is not okay.

They decided to part ways and head towards their classes.

It was already lunch time when Pear and Win decided to eat lunch outside the school since Khao is still in he's class. Pear also noticed how Win was so quiet all day. Yes, he would answer in the recitation but after that he would stay quiet again.

"Win, you alright?"

Win just smiled giving his friend an assurance. But just like Gulf, Pear is not also satisfied with her friend's smile.

"Win, you didn't even touch your soup yet its getting cold."

"Oh uhmm yeah"

The bunny boy started to eat his meal while Pear just observe him eat.

'He only took a soup and vegetable salad for lunch. This isn't him' she thought.

Win would always munch lots of food. He would always take some pod thai as his appetizer or take 2-3 cups of fried rice for lunch or dinner. But the Win she is facing right now is not the Win that is hyper and jolly but rather a lifeless Win.

What happened?

Win is on his way to his final class. He sat near the corner of the classroom since Pear is on the other class while Khao is done with his schedule. Suddenly someone sat beside him.

"Didn't see you earlier today."

It was Bright

"Oh uhm I was with Pear earlier and we had lunch outside."

"Well let's go out later? my treat" Bright said as he beams towards Win who he didn't notice was uncomfortable already.

"Oh sorry B-Bright but I have training later"

"But we didn't bond together for a long time. You know that you're the only friend that I have here in the university."

"what about Nevvy?"

"She's busy later Win. Pleaseee??" Bright said trying to be cute infront of Win.

"Bright stop trying to be cute" Win said while trying to hold his laugh.

"So I'm cute, am I?" Bright said while trying to be cuter.

"Uggh fine but can you wait for me after out training? It'll be finished around 7:00 pm?"

"Sure I'll wait"

Win just smiled after hearing that Bright would wait for him. His smile that was never worn all day. He even smiled more as he remembered a boy that telling him that he will marry him in the future.

Is he still waiting for me?

Cause I am.

Pear was surprised on how Win has the sudden change of mood. From a gloomy one to a jolly one.

This is getting weirder

"So who made you smile today?" Pear asked as Win is fixing his shoes and bow ready for their training.

"oh hi Pear. nothing I just remembered something that's all." Win said while giving Pear a cheerful smile. a smile that is not fake nor hiding painful feelings.

Their training gone smoothly all afternoon. It's already 6:30 pm in the evening so he decided to take a shower before seeing Bright since he still have time to prepare. As he went to a cubicle, he heard a man talking to his phone.

"Yes baby, I'll pick you up at your building okay?"

Win didn't mind about the other man was saying as he focused himself taking a bath.

"Hello babe?" Bright answered a phone call from his girlfriend while he was waiting for Win at the bleachers of the shooting range of archery.

"Babe, where are you?" the other asked

"Oh I'm here at the bleachers of the archery team's shooting range. Why?"

"Babe can we go out?" Nevvy said as she was sensing not right.

"I thought you're busy? I was about to go out and eat with Win."

"Babe come on, are you going to choose him over me?"

Bright thought about it for a while if he will go with Win or his girlfriend.

maybe he'll understand, right?

"Ok babe, where will we go" Bright said as he stood up smiling and leaving the bleachers.

Win was already finished fixing himself. He and Bright agreed to meet at the bleachers of the shooting range so Win quickly grab his things and went quickly to the shooting range since he only has five minutes to go. As he arrived at the location, he didn't see any Bright Vachirawit Chivarree.

Maybe he did something first

Win stayed for an hour at the bleachers as he was already being bitten by mosquitoes. He tried calling and texting him but he didn't get any replies. Soon, the evening became breezy and suddenly the heavy rain started to pour. Win was still there waiting for two more hours.

Finally, he decided to just go home when suddenly he heard the same man earlier talking to himself saying that he just got ditched with another man but Win didn't care what the man said because he is already tired and shivering. he is dripping wet when he arrived at their house.

"Win didn't you know that we were worried about you?! Where have you been its late already!" Gulf asked when suddenly he noticed that his brother is all wet.

"Come inside Win and take a bath. You'll catch a cold because of what you're doing to yourself" Air said getting worried.

Maybe. Maybe this is the right time to start the new normal. To stay away.

But I can't. Why is it so hard?

Why does these feelings keep on growing?

Maybe she's right after all. Maybe its a way for me to cut these feelings.

Because there's no reason keep these. I'm just a friend. A special one. His one and only friend....
