Is there nothing called trust? Why do even people live on this disgusting earth?
This question plays in Amelia's mind as she is standing in a park.
Dumbfounded.....Like a robot.

She wants to hit someone right now; wants to vent her anger on someone.

"How can you do that to me? I trusted you!"
Amelia screams in betrayal.
She is trying hard not to shed a single drop of tear for someone who isn't worth it.
"Am I just a toy?"
She cries profusely. She can't even stand properly.

She sits on the grass of that isolated park. Her phone rings.

"Hey there, baby girl! Miss me?"

" Dean!"
She cries over the phone.

"What happened, Lia? Who made you cry?"
Asks the caller in a dangerously angry voice.

"I... I need you. Can you come?"
Amelia pleads.

Who knows where life can take someone?

Did twenty years old Sandra ever think she would encounter anything like this?
Never in the zillionth time of her weird thought of life.

"What the hell is happening around me?"
She stumbles on a rock.

She is walking aimlessly on the busy road of California. So much noise around here, so many screams.....Still, no sound reaches in her ears. Only the conversations with Shawn are wrapped in her mind.
It is continuously playing in her confused brain.

"What do you mean it's because of me?"
Sandra stood shakily on the floor.

She was yet unable to comprehend Shawn's sudden outburst.

"I just wanted to help...Both of you."
She sobbed.

"When I first received the proper order from Ophelia, I got really angry."
Shawn continued.

He seemed less angry.
"I asked it... why me?
Why of all people it chose me.

"What did it say?"
Sandra asked in a timid voice.

"It didn't answer, Sandra. It's a robotic messenger."
He sighed.

"Then how did you...."
She got cut in the middle.

"It replied in the next call. It waited; prepared the answers, I guess."
He continued.

"I think the defender of mankind must be punished. Don't you think so?"

"What?"
She asked as she couldn't understand what he said.

"That was the reply. It's you, Sandra."
He said dazedly.

"What are you saying? I mean... um... Wha..."
Sandra blabbered; still not understanding.

"Don't you get it? It is the biblical meaning of your name!"
He screamed in frustration.

Now she understood. She didn't want to.

Bible says,
"Sandra: Defender.
Guard what God has entrusted to you.
Avoid godless foolish discussions with those who oppose you with their so-called knowledge.
J Timothy 6:20."

She knew it properly. How could she forget that?

Her Dad used to tell her the meaning every day; even on the day of the accident.
