Sandra was making dinner. She leaves the food on the stove and looks at her son.

She smiles at him.
Edward and Elaine look curiously at their grandson.
They were talking with Sandra, sitting on the sofa near the kitchen.
" I like Lily a lot! She is from my class! "
He says in a very serious tone.
" I wanna marry her! "

Sandra looks startled.
" What did you just say, Ethan? "
" Woah, Ethan! "
Edward smiles, seeing the childish act of his grandson.
" You look serious! "
Ethan looks at his Grandpa and blushes!
" Yeah, Grandpa! I am! "
He says.
" I already told you! Do you want me to repeat it? "
He looks at his Mom again and sighs like a mature man.

Sandra raises her hands in the air.
Elaine laughs quietly, seeing her daughter-in-law in a weird situation.

Ethan asks again with the same seriousness.

Sandra starts talking to her cute and brilliant son.
But he stops her.
" I just needed your permission. Because I know Dad will say 'Yes' for sure! "
He looks contented.
" How are you so sure? And who teaches you these things? "
Sandra tries to get angry at him.
But his innocent eyes are making her a soft Mom.
" What's wrong with that? "
He looks confused now.
" Dad said to be always straight with feelings when it comes to love! "
He ponders cutely.

Sandra huffs in annoyance.
" Dean? Come here, right now! "
She screams and Dean hurries from another room.
" He is dead today! "
Elaine laughs and looks at Edward.
" What? What happened? "
Dean asks quickly.
A tv remote is still in his hand. He quickly came to see his wife.
" How can teach your little boy about feelings, love, and bluntness? "
She keeps her hands to her waist and glares at him.
" What's wrong with that? "
Dean shrugs and Ethan copies him.
" Yeah! I asked the same thing! "
He runs and hugs Dean.
Dean ruffles his hair affectionately.
" Wow! Like father, like son! "
Sandra mutters.
" Now hear what your son said. He wants to marry a girl from his class! He is asking for my permission! "
Sandra says loudly.
" Oooh, buddy! Awesome! "
Dean exclaims and high-fives Ethan.
" What's her name? "
"Lily!"
Ethan says with excitement.
"What are you doing, Dean? "
Sandra asks Dean again.
" Don't encourage him! He is so little now! "
Dean stops smiling. He mouths a sorry to his angry wife.
He looks at his mother and asks for help.
Elaine nods with a smile and gestures for Sandra to calm down.
