Chapter 4 - Rachel Elizabeth Dare

Rachel POV

Honestly, I'm not sure what's worse, this battle, or Clarion Ladies Academy. At least in battle I get to act like I usually do. That is all I think about as I stab my way through the dracaenae, and throw my hairbrush at others. Once I have killed them all, I see that I am back at Camp Half-Blood, with the Stolls, and their girlfriends there.

"Stolls!" I yell "What did you do this time?"

"We didn't do anything, Rachel!" They cry back

"So she's the mortal" Annabeth muttered

"That's true" Miranda confirms

"We were pulled here from the future to tell the past people what happens in the future" Katie continued

"Oh, right, so what do we do now?" I ask

"How about what are your titles?" Annabeth asked

"Ok, I am Rachel Elizabeth Dare, Mortal, Host of the Oracle of Delphi, wanderer of the labyrinth, witnessed the fading of the Lost God Pan, hit Kronos in the eye with this plastic hairbrush, survivor of the Battle of Manhattan, Battle of Camp Half-Blood, verteran of the Second Titan War, and the Second Giant War" I declared.

"Wait, the oracle finally changed bodies?" Annabeth asked

"Yep, the reason why it didn't change last time is because of a curse placed on the Oracle." I explained

"And you hit Kronos in the eye with a hairbrush" Chiron asked, nervously.

"Yep," I replied cheerfully "I have had the Hephaestus cabin imbue it with Celestial Bronze so it can hurt monsters, and the Hecate cabin so it always returns to me, much like Percy's sword."

"My sword?" Percy asked

"Yeah, has Chiron not given it to you yet?" I asked

"Not yet, I was going to give it to him when he goes on his quest" Chiron explained "So by the fact he is also coming, I'd say he is still alive and sane"

"Alive, yes." Conner said

"Sane, I don't know." Travis continued

"Percy, Nico and Annabeth have never been the same since they returned from there" Katie said, while both Annabeth and Percy turn paler than a sheet of paper.

"What happened?" Annabeth stammered

"The 3 of you travelled to a place where it is a miracle you came out alive, however it isn't our story to tell." Miranda said

"I presume that Percy Jackson, Nico Di Angelo and Annabeth Chase will all be coming back in time" I ask Chiron, to which he nods.

"Would be surprised if they didn't, considering how much the three of them have done for everyone." Travis said, mumbling the last part.

"Are there any questions you want to ask us?" Miranda asked

"Yeah, how did you get introduced to this world?" Annabeth asked Rachel.

"Percy swung his sword through me" I replied nonchalantly

Everyone gave Percy a look, and when he noticed he cried out "I haven't done it yet"

"Oh no, I startled him when he was being chased by skeletons through Hoover Dam" I explained

"And why was the Seaweed Brain being chased through Hoover Dam?" Annabeth asked

"I think I will let him tell you, when our version of him turns up" I say, "Anything else?" I ask

"Yeah, what are these wars you are all talking about" Will asked

"What, the Second Titan War and the Second Giant War?" Travis asked

"Yeah"

"Never heard of 'em" The Stolls reply in unison, only to get hit on the back of their heads by their respective girlfriends "Fine, they are wars demigods go through over the next 5 years." Travis explained

"I think the Second Titan War started at the last winter solstice in this timeline though?" Katie asked

"Sounds about right" Miranda replied

"So, we are at war at the moment?" Clarisse asked.

"Yep, and the gods don't accept it for another year and a half, I think?" Travis said

"Yeah, I think that's right" Conner confirmed

"And then the Second Giant War starts about 4 months after the Second Titan War ends, when Jason comes to camp" I continue

"We are actually battling against the last of Gaia's forces for that war" Katie muses

"I do have a question for you though, as the Oracle of Delphi, what does celestial bronze view you as?" Annabeth asked

"I think I am viewed as a mortal, however I do have a very weak scent, which is why I always keep a dagger and my hairbrush." Rachel says "I never actually asked Apollo"

With that another bright flash of light occurred, and several various monsters appeared, with older, buffer versions of both Clarisse La Rue and Chris Rodriguez.
