Chapter 8 - Coach Hedge

3rd POV

"Die!!" Coach Hedge screamed, before a whack, and the monster was knocked unconscious. "I said die, not get knocked unconscious you wimp! Or can't you take the goat!" Hedge screamed again, as he whacked the monster again with the baseball bat, who then turned to dust.

"Coach" Clarisse said "Calm down, the monster is defeated"

"What is going on here?" Hedge called out

"We have been taken to the past to tell them about the future" Chris explained

"So we will be able to explain about all of the things that I have blown up and destroyed?" Hedge asked, gleefully.

"Yeah, and about Mellie and Chuck" Travis said

"Are they coming, I can introduce Chuck to more people!" Hedge exclaimed

"No, they are not coming" Conner replied, which caused Hedge's face to fall "However, you can describe Chuck to everyone, and how Clarisse turned into an Aphrodite girl when he was born"

"I did not!" Clarisse cried out, while everyone that was there snickered.

"Clarisse, you definitely were, and I was able to tell despite not paying attention to you due to having to help Mellie through childbirth" Will said, shuddering at the end.

"I know you promised not to, but you do know that you will have to help out with being the midhusband again" Chris pointed out.

"No I won't" Will stubbornly said

"You will because Clarisse will refuse anyone else other than you, Hazel will give you puppy dog eyes, Leo will annoy you so much that he will get you to do it to his girlfriend, Travis and I will prank you more unless you do it for our girlfriends, Piper will threaten to use her dagger on you if you refuse and Annabeth will definitely use her sword on you if you refuse." Conner said

"I will not and will never do another pregnancy again. Once is too many times." Will exclaimed

"No, you'll do Juniper's because she helped you with Mellie, and you'll do mine and Mellie's again because I said so" Hedge said

Will began to protest again, but saw the looks on everyone's faces and decided "Fine," which caused everyone to cheer.

After the cheers stopped, Annabeth asked "Why do I use a sword, I prefer my dagger?"

Thalia decided to answer by saying "You lost your dagger, and wasn't able to get it back"

"What was it? Monsters?" Annabeth asked

"Sort of," Nico replied "Monstrous spiders"

"Spiders are in the monsters category" Annabeth corrected, with nods from the rest of the Athena cabin.

Clarisse snorted and said, "I forgot how bad her arachnophobia was"

"It gets better?" Annabeth asked

"Yep, but we aren't going to explain why" Thalia teased, which caused Annabeth to pout.

"What are your titles, Gleeson?" Chiron asked

"I am Gleeson Hedge, satyr, protector of Clarisse La Rue, Piper Mclean, Leo Valdez, Jason Grace, Nico Di Angelo and Reyna, survivor of Medea, survivor of Aelous' palace, helped defeat Enceladus, protected the 7 of the second Great Prophecy on their journey to Rome, and later the House of Hades, helped transport the Athena Parthenos from Greece to Camp Half-Blood with Nico Di Angelo and Reyna, survivor of the Battle of Camp Half-Blood and veteran of the Second Giant War, husband of Mellie Hedge, father of Chuck Hedge, and the only satyr supporter of the Survival of the Fittest part of nature, for some reason. "Coach, as much as we would like to hear the description of your wife and child, do you want to discuss your other titles?" Will suggested

"Wow, I never realised you did that much protecting" Travis whistled.

Clarisse shrugged and said "He's good at it as he kills all of the monsters before they get to kill the Half-Blood"

"However he did forget to say he is also the only satyr that managed to ignore help in favour of eating grass" Conner snickered

"The grass was like eating Leo's Tofu's" Hedge protested, "Besides, how did you hear of that story? Jason?" Hedge accused. The people from the future nodded "I'm gonna whack that Windy Cupcake with my bat when he gets here."

"Windy Cupcake?" TS asked, laughing

"What is that?" CS asked, also laughing

"What are you laughing at Thieving and Pranking Cupcakes?" Hedge demanded, which caused the past Stoll brothers to laugh harder.

"He has an obsession with calling people cupcakes, such as I am 'Thunder Cupcake'" Thalia supplied

"What's everyone's cupcake name then?" Annabeth asked

"Thieving Cupcake" Travis said

"Pranking Cupcake" Conner replied

"Strawberry Cupcake" Katie said

"Tomato Cupcake" Miranda said

"Mortal Cupcake" Rachel said

"War cupcake" Clarisse said

"War-Tamer Cupcake" Chris said

"Then as I said, mine is Thunder Cupcake" Thalia said

"Long-Name Cupcake" Reyna said

"Bright Cupcake" Will said

"And finally Dark Cupcake" Nico finished

"Would you be able to have everyone tell us their cupcake name when they turn up then?" Annabeth asked

"Sure" Everyone from the future replied, before a bright flash erupted, showing a latino elf on fire, along with a Titaness.
